Suggestion for flexibility/consistency and ease of use
Increasing flexibility/consistency and ease of use by
1) Adding 'form element' (as in data page), to results page (instead of just calculation) the system would also look & feel more consistent
2) Most important enable 'hidden' option in 'form elements' to be in ADDITION to other choices e.g. so you could choose 'calculate' and 'hidden' together (really helpful for avoiding the Html to hide the column)1 vote -
Customizable date/time popup
It would be great if I could select the precision required for a date/time popup field so that the user either has to
- select a date (current only option)
- select a time
- select a date and time
- select a month and year (e.g as https://www.jqueryscript.net/demo/Simple-Clean-Date-Picker-Plugin-with-jQuery-Air-Datepicker/)

making cascading dropdown fields editable if the cascade returns nothing
I'm trying to have a cascading field that would get its value from another table based on patient's ID. I am currently using cascading dropdown so that it return a value even if there are more than one record of the same patient in the other table. However, I want to be able to manually enter its value if the cascade return nothing.

Allow copy, cut and paste of task/triggered action elements
You might build a task and find you wish to use it as a triggered action instead - or vice versa.
Currently you have to rebuild from scratch....where if you could copy and paste the different logic sections it would speed up the process

I would suggest an undo button in the trigger development. It is easy to lose all work with one change.
When developing a trigger you may want to add a select or then realize you need to make a change. I would like the capability to undo to my last point. I can do that in sql server

Add formatting options to Task items email.
Add formatting options to Task items email.
For example, I SET TABLE VARIABLE and then use it in the body of my email but I can't modify what the table looks like or change the headers.6 votes -
Reduce empty space in caspio datapage editor
Creating and editing caspio datapages can be made a lot more user friendly by making use of the freely available empty space.
Instead of cramming the editor and having to add scroll bars (both vertical and horizontal) I kindly suggest increasing the size of the editor instead.

exporting data from caspio - tables - does not indicate which application they are in. this would be helpful
When exporting data on tables from caspio - I am not able to determine which application that table is in. We have a production and a test application and the names are the same. It would be nice to have the app next to the table.

Identifying fields no longer in use
A way of identifying fields which are no longer in use in any data page so you know what can be safely deleted would make the system much easier to manage overall

When “prevent cross-site tracking” is turned on
Can you include a pop up message to detect this issue, similar to detecting when third party cookies is turned off.

SAVE PDF - Triggered Action
Would it be possible to add a ‘SAVE PDF’ triggered action similar to the ‘SEND EMAIL’ triggered action?
The idea being the PDF could be formatted with the flexibility of HTML then saved into a file field in a record in Caspio.
PDFs could then be accessible via portals or emailed as links.

Allow filtering on List string fields
When you want to filter a table, the List string fields don't appear in the "select field" dropdown list

Add Function to display a message in Triggered actions
It would be useful to be able to display a message when a triggered action runs and meets a certain condition.I could then inform the user of confirmation, actions required to rectify or warn them the other table did not update and why.

Fix pie chart to display both data tip and label when "both" is selected
This only displays both when you hover over it, which doesn't work when you download a png or jpg file. I opened support ticket to get it fixed and they said to open it as an idea here.

Even though field is regular text type not a string-text we should be able to multislect on a datapgae search

RTF editor (html editor) Would be great to improve
