Tasks allow to run every minute or on insert to a table
In the Tasks section, have choice to run a Task every minute, or upon Insert to a table.
Some triggers can't be run on tables (especially if the table is locked because of back-end sql triggers), whereas a Task can run a trigger to update it. But having a minimum of 1 hour intervals to run makes it not very effective. 1 minute or on table insert would open up a lot of flexibility in CB.

I am having a serious problem with something basic that Caspio does not yet include and I find in many services like Google Doc forms.
I have a form in Caspio with some Radio Buttons fields, but unlike Google Docs I do not have the option for the user to enter a different value from the ones suggested, I think this is a basic thing in every form and I do not know why Caspio does not include this option.

Provide a way to tell whether a user is logged in or not
It would be nice to be able to have logic around whether a user is logged in. For example, to show one of two DataPages depending on login status, or to change the text in a DataPage based on login status.

Please allow incremental update of imported tables
Once a large table is imported from Excel, please allow at least APPENDING to the table easily with only updated rows. For example, I have daily data and already imported historical data of 1M rows, I need just this month's rows.

Use Caspio as identity provider for SSO on professional plan
On the professional plan I know SAML is not available, however I would prefer to have Caspio as the identity provider as I have better control on Caspio over my users. Would this be a future feature that you will offer. I created a support ticket system on Caspio but it's using a lot of datapages, whereas I can get a free support ticket system, but this require users to have two logins one for caspio apps and one for the support ticket system.

Add conditions for email notifications
We need an ability to add conditions to the email and SMS notifications in Caspio. Emails need to filter according to whatever conditions one specifies using the fields of the database.

Labels for Sections, HTML Blocks, and Virtual Fields in Wizard to Configure Details Page
I have a DataPage with a lot of HTML Blocks and Sections. The names of these in the Wizard, on the "Configure Details Page Fields" are just "Section 1, Section 2... and "HTML Block 1, HTML Block 2..." you get the idea. So, I never know what the section is or the HTML block is, until I open it and look at it. It makes it hard to quickly navigate and do other activities. I would like to be able to add a custom label that shows in the wizard, like "Section 2 - Landscaping", or HTML Block 44 -…

Custom XML as Datahub Scheduled task format
Custom XML doesn't appear to be a format option in Datahub Scheduled tasks configuration, but strangely you can import manually which is no good when I have files arriving every 15 mins from 3 sources. Manually importing 288 files a day is never going to happen. If Caspio are serious about connecting with industry we need more industrial features and then I might me able to sell more expensive Caspio packages.

Use of wildcards in file names when using datahub
Ability to use wildcards in file names when using datahub on SFTP transfers E.g. FileNameDDMMYYHHMMSS for controlling imported file order and ensuring no files have been missed.
I need this to industrialise my file transfers coming via a Data transfer VAN

Ability to use resized images in notifications
We need the ability to use the resized images in the notifications. Currently when selecting attachments you can only choose the original table fields. Even if you select overwrite in the resizer options it still emails out the original.

Report or view that shows all references to table fields in all datapages
When wanting to change an aspect of a field, for example the table reference for a drop down, it would be invaluable to know which datapages already use the same field. This would avoid inconsistencies that may be introduced by missing some of the other datapages that make use of the field.

Map Mashup - Responsive
I understood from support that, the Mashup only provide a static size and cannot be made responsive.
It would be good to have it responsive as well.

Option to update record after email is sent
There are a few instances where I have to send an email then update the record with a time stamp to show the email was sent so that we are not sending multiple emails.
Caspio is pushing us to not use if statements but right now I have to for these. It would be great if we had an option to update a field after the email is sent successfully. If we could have that included in the email action then I could eliminate the If statements and hopefully increase the performance of my triggered action. An example of what…

sms failed message report
We can now send sms but if the message is not delivered we don't have a report that tells us which message(s) failed. We could be sending repeated messages to a customer that never receives them.
