Provide a way to prevent session ID to refresh when moving between AppPages
We need a way to prevent filters from resetting when users toggle between AppPages using the built-in Flex menu. Moving to another AppPage refreshes the session ID and erases all the search results and filters across the App. When users move out from an AppPage where they applied a search, and then back to the same AppPage with the Search Form they need to re-do their search again. I tried using Query search parameters in the URL but the same thing happens, when you click on another tab in the menu, everything resets. Users will want to regularly move between…

Allow multiple values to be set up in pie chart.
My data are organized in rows not in columns. That right now prohibits the creation of pie charts as only one column or value could be selected. Pleases allow multi values to be added to the pie chart.

Bulk Activation Without Email
When converting a large authentication table to a Directory, it is necessary to activate all users. If this is completed in bulk, you must send an email to each, resulting in a large number of email notifications. It would be helpful if we could instead bulk-activate and send a single email to all users with a link to the portal (which makes you reset your password anyway). This can currently be accomplished individually, but not in bulk.

Renaming fields with spaces on SFTP Export Tasks
Can we have the field names renamed to also include space during Export Tasks via SFTP or mapping fields to match the fields on the destination that do accept spaces as it is normally achieved during import?

Advanced Search with Solr Integration
I’d love to see Caspio offer an “Advanced Search” feature powered by Apache Solr. This would enable fuzzy matching, typo tolerance, phrase search, and faceted filters—bringing enterprise-grade search capabilities to DataPages. Ideal for directories, public-facing search tools, and large datasets, Solr integration would give us much greater control over relevance, ranking, and user experience without needing to build a custom solution outside Caspio.

Global Flex DataParts for Embedded Flex Pages
Currently, when using the deployed Flex app URL, the Flex Header and Footer behave as global elements across all pages. However, when Flex pages are embedded into an external website, these global header/footer elements are excluded. If a user wants to create their own header, menu, or custom styling, this will require each embedded page to redundantly include its own header/menu logic. If using Custom CSS, flex requires dataparts containing this CSS to be present in each page if embedding into an external website. This consumes an excessive amount of DataParts and is inefficient.

Ability to use Tables in Bridge inside FLEX...a Bridge between both sides...
Flex is really nice, but us Bridge users with established apps are left out in the cold; There is no means of using the new Flex functions and nice GUI with our old apps in Bridge. If there was some way to access at least the tables inside Flex (from the bridge side) then we could start to use Flex without having to re-write our entire APP.

Flex: Allow app to be exported
Flex: Allow app to be exported to save all associated components as can be done in Bridge. Purpose is to backup the entire app in Flex in case a DataPage, Table, or another component needs to be restored.

Please allow a datapage to be saved without closing it
I know a datapage can be previewed but most of the time it needs to be viewed on a live site to see if it is formatting correctly. It would save sooo much time if I didn't have to keep reopening the datapage and navigating to the right section every time I wanted to see the result of changes. It is very frustrating!

Add Export Functionality for Active Users in the Caspio Directory
Please consider adding the ability to export a filtered list of users—specifically those marked as "Active"—directly from the Caspio Directory. Currently, there is no way to export user data from the Directory that includes user status (active/inactive/pending).

Multiple Tables in a Datapage !!
Why datapages are limited to a single table? View's do not provide multiple editing, and do not help. To keep our tables 'Normalized' sometimes we need to us multiple tables to keep the size down, however there is no way of accessing multiple tables inside a single datapage for editing purposes. Relationships do not accomplish this either.
