    Make an option, so that the user can chose between an already uploaded file or upload a new file.
    It would reduce duplicate files where the contents is the same.

    This is more of a bug report then a feature request: give us a proper CLEAR SEARCH button next to or comined with the existing search button.
    There really needs to be a "clear search" button available that will clear all the existing search terms (also the ones in dropdown's, not just the ones in text fields), but will not reload the page. In short,

  4. Enable Cross-App Login for Directories

    It would be nice if there was a cross-app login element for the new Directories feature. If I have multiple authentications created based on user roles, the new Directories feature requires me to log into each DataPage a different authentication is created. However, if a cross-app login element was created, I could have the application behave similarly to how it does just by using the Caspio ID services (in authentications), but have the enhance security controls of the new Directories feature.

  5. Run a Sequence of Tasks in one schedule that would stop sequence if one fails

    i have 6 tasks that individually pass max records error but if i join them they fail with fail error. each one is critical on the previous ones completing. if i could run them in sequence it would be good.

  8. Create a feature where you can COPY the SUBMISSION Form Data (formatted Input of fields) over to a REPORT Details page

    SUBMISSION Input COPY to REPORT. The idea is that when you have large complex input forms 100s to 1000s of data fields (1023 being the limit) ... which should also be updated for larger tables) that you have to spend days to create/design layout ... that you will ultimately want to use the SAME Layout in a SEARCH/MODIFY REPORT ... the way it is working now, you have to completely recreate the layout from scratch to build the Modifiable report. It would be very useful if there was a way to COPY over the FORMAT details of the INPUT/DETAIL PAGE…

  9. scatter plot graph = simple map

    Please provide a Scatter Graph with the ability to upload a custom background figure. Why? Because Scatter Graph + custom background = map.
    This would be a really easy way for you to add basic map capabilities. You can provide some backgrounds for the most common use cases (USA, Europe, et.c) and GIS savvy users can produce a map of anything they like.
    You can advertise this as a huge upgrade!

  10. make the timezone in the Logs the timezone of the user

    Can we change the timezone of the Logs from UTC to my timezone. As of now, it is set to UTC by default and I am not able to change it to a different timezone.

  11. Enable the ability to create datapages using the Logs feature.

    Right now only backend users of Caspio can access Logs. Logs cannot be exported into Excel or used to create a datapage. I want to display Log data to other users using a datapage so they can self-serve.

  12. PDF File preview before its Upload

    If possible in next CASPIO series add a feature that, a User can Preview a PDF File before it has been Uploaded. This must work in Submission forms

  13. Multi-record update form / or a tabular report in which you can have grouping + inline edit

    I have an app in which I need to display multiple records for the user on a single page and for that user to be able to edit those records. With only single-record update available, this is currently impossible via an update form. My workaround has been to use a tabular report and grid edit. This is OK (although still needed loads of JS and CSS to get it to display the way I wanted), but the problem comes when you want to display hierarchical data.   14. Make it possible for support to determine which customers are CPU hogs on a shared site

    Since we customers are on shared sites, I suspect that there are usually a few customers who are the biggest consumers and the biggest hogs of the application server and database server, and perhaps performance issues are often tied to not following best practices. This is my biggest complaint with Caspio. There are frequent periods when the spinning circle is there, often for 10 - 30 seconds because the application and/or database server is overwhelmed.

  16. style authentications

    Please make it easier to separately change the style of an authentications page. At the moment it is weird that setting a style for an HTML page actually only changes the authentications page

    I would like that when downloading an excel file the calculation would also be inserted into the file, so that if you want to change something last second you dont need to
    go to Caspio
    login
    find everything again
    change the thing
    and finally download the file.

  18. add a way to force update user authentication fields.

    Authentication values are the only fields available in all data pages without tying user tables to all other tables via a view or passing user specific data in each and every url. Allowing force a update of user authentication fields would allow for streamlining the user through complex datapage structures.

  19. export task size

    Can we please increase the size for exports in scheduled tasks. I have multiple tables that re more than 50 MB, and I wan to be able to schedule exports for a backup. In addition, since I can't currently schedule an export, I am manually exporting -- once I hit 100MB, I won't be able to have a backup at all. Is there another way to easily backup my data??

  20. Allow unequal joins

    Unequal joins are not common, but when you need them, there are no good workarounds. They can do some magical things very efficiently.
