  1. Single datapage to have more than 1 graph

    One really obvious missing feature that would put Caspio ahead of products like Knack and Bubble, is to allow a single data page within Caspio to have many graphs. This would mean dashboards could be build within the system, and not have to rely on the copying and pasting of code to an off system dashboard. It also means that dashboard generation would be quicker, users wouldn't need to have stood up another tech stack, and you would assume that users are technically aware enough on how to do it.   2. Able to Save a data page and continue working on same page

    It would be great if you could save your work on a data page AND continue (data page is still open) instead of pressing Finish which closes the data page; then you have to reopen it.

  3. Interactive DataPage Builder

    DataPage customization is currently not very user-friendly, requiring CSS for simple things like element alignment. The learning curve would drop significantly if elements could be dragged around, resized by handles, that sort of thing. Think WordPress.

  4. Create a log page to review emails sent from your app

    It would be very handy to review all emails sent through a specific datapage or application. I would like to see a copy of the email in the format it's being sent with some general analytics about the communication.

    There should be a search function that can query titles, date range, recipient. Please show date/time stamps related to the connection, whether the delivery was successful, and any recipients on an individual email.

  5. Allow multi-select radio buttons / checkboxes on the forms submissions pages. I know you clan do this with multi-select listboxes...

  6. To make people able to access directory's through datapages

    I know by the time I'm writing this that directory's are still in development. But I think it would be really useful if you were able to access them using selfmade datapages, because now the same issue exist that admin users still need to be able to access the backend caspio account to enable/disable a user.

  7. Report Filter

    Instead of two data pages to accomplish a dynamic filtered search on one page, just include the fields that can be filtered on the report just like the sort option. Even if it is a single filter field and filter value it would be better than nothing or having to using two data pages. If it could be completely dynamic like the designer datasheet view of tables in Caspio, that would be AWESOME!

  8. Add additional task scheduling options.

    Add the ability to schedule a task to run (i.e.) every two hours daily on Monday thru Friday. This would eliminate unnecessary bandwidth usage on weekends and other times.

  9. Add more payment processor options

    I would like to have more options for Payment Processors. Great that you have Stripe & PayPal Express, but still limiting. Ecommerce has been around for years. Caspio should be flexible enough to integrate many options for payment processing companies. For example, Payment Depot has a totally different landscape for payment processing which can save me a lot of money in the long run, but for now I have to use Stripe since there are limited options on Caspio.

  10. Add new formula fields in views with more than one table

    It would be great I could create formula fields in views (with more than one table). This could make it possible to use, combine or calculate data from multiple tables in a formula.

  11. Enable multi-field record-level-security

    I have an application where multiple data pages need to be viewed by 4-5 different types of users. I would like to use record-level security to restrict what data that page displays based on the logged-in user. I cannot use OpenID as an authentication method for this application.

    Since Caspio's current authentication scheme only allows you to filter based on one field in the authentication, I would have to duplicate the page for each role that needs access to that page's content.

    Could the authentication scheme allow for multiple fields to be used to determine whether a user has access…

  12. differentiate unused fields

    We would like to be able to differentiate in a table which fields are not used anywhere, neither views, nor Datapages, nor Triggers, nor Tasks.
    Many times the tables get fat and there are fields that are ultimately useless.

  13. Rules - automatically set values

    In rules, it would be great if we can automatically set a default value to fields based on rules. For example, if a checkbox is checked, set the value of field1 to value1.

  14. Record Level Security

    Record Level Security and/or function. I would love to be able to have some users view all records while others are restricted to their own. IE, for Record Level Security have a "Manager" be able to view all, while a standard user can only view their own records for a datapage report.

  15. Can Autocomplete be modified by user or system to show more than 10 potential matches

    Can the autocomplete function on a search or entry field be modified to show more than 10 potential matching selections, say 20? Ideally the user would be able to increase this number to 20, 30 or whatever value needed?

  16. Dynamically change chart colours

    Currently we have a bar chart that displays all the records in various status'. We would like to colour all "New" items as blue, "In Progress" as orange, etc. But, we can only pre-define colours in order. So if there are no "New" records, then "In Progress" will show up as blue because it is the first column.

  17. Upgrade from OpenID 2.0 to OpenID Connect

    OpenID 2.0 has been replaced by OpenID Connect (see http://openid.net/connect/). OpenID providers such as Google and Microsoft require the new OpenID Connect standard.

  18. Need BCC: email distribution option available for notificaiton and submission

    Currently there is a option to send submission and acknowledgement emails, but not BCC. It would be nice to have a BCC option as some senior managers want to be copied without them being on the email distribution.

  19. Support Mutliple Datapage deployment in .Net

    Lot of users are facing issues when it comes to .Net. Since the web deployment does not have any issues, .Net deployment stops users from using some rules or throwing exception errors

  20. Create more calculations to SQL expressions. Standard. deviation, variance,NPV, IRR/XIRR etc.

    There are a limited number of aggregation-options in a SQL expression. Please add calculations like standard deviation, NPV, IRR/XIRR, variance etc.
