Email log for emails sent with triggered actions
It would be very helpful if we could see a historical log of emails sent out from our account using triggered actions or even scheduled tasks. Ideally, there would just be one email log and would be filterable based on source (i.e. Triggered Action, Task, Scheduled Task, or DataPage -- I may be missing others) and other related fields like date sent, recipient, reply-to address, from, etc.

SAVE PDF - Triggered Action
Would it be possible to add a ‘SAVE PDF’ triggered action similar to the ‘SEND EMAIL’ triggered action?
The idea being the PDF could be formatted with the flexibility of HTML then saved into a file field in a record in Caspio.
PDFs could then be accessible via portals or emailed as links.

it would be sooo much faster and easier if we could drag and drop files to be uploaded

Integate Caspio calculations with R
R is a powerful open source analysis package with more than 2 million users. Caspio does a great job with data capture and storage I can see a natural fit and a powerfull tool with the use ofa dvanced anlysis.

Allow Mouse Selection of "Time" for Time and Date Data Types
Currently,when using a Time/Date Data Type, the only way to enter a Time and Date is to use a Text Field in a data Page(there is no option to select a "Time" when using the "Calendar Popup" option. I propose when "Calendar Pop Up" is selected you also give the option to use Hour, Minute and AM/PM Drop downs. Currently this can only be accomplished Java Script in the footer.

run a trigger after record is saved in the table
We need to create a record in the child table when a new record is inserted in the parent table. Since triggers operates with #inserted record (which is not inserted in the table yet) child record cannot be created (we use referential integrity)

View only without authentication
I would love the ability for users who are not logged in to see/filter a datapage but not edit it

allow for an ODBC connection to our Views so we can use our data in Excel O365.
We really need an ODBC connection with Excel (O365) so we can create more elaborate pivot tables and analytical tools. I'm told the plug-ins for Excel are only applicable for 2007 and 2010. Need it for current version(s), please.

An easier way to move fields up and down on the DataPage Wizard.
I realize there is a post on here to make the workspace for the DataPage Wizard bigger. That is great. However, I hope they add functionality for an easier way to set where the fields go.
If you have a big form/report with a lot of fields, and you add a new field to it, the new field starts at the bottom. It can take a really long time and a lot of 'up' button pushes to get the field in the location you want it.
Maybe a drag and drop feature would help.

Bulk SMS Worldwide
It cant be possible to have a function that only works for two countries, the US and Canada. can you please look into expanding this worldwide? Its extremely limiting to see that only two countries are cared for.
We are in different countries and have clients in outside our countries, please look into this. Its now becoming an emergency

Drag and drop and position buttons such as the submission button
The positioning of Buttons shouldn't require extra coding. One should be able to drag a button and align it to whatever field of the datapage they want. Right now buttons look out of space when creating a datapage and it doesnt look nice at all.

Auto generate, name and save PDF
Need a feature to auto generate a copy of caspio form with content upon pressing submit button by user.
The auto generated PDF file should be auto named using a selection of fields from the app table - such as ID,Name, Ref No, Date, etc
The feature should allow saving of the PDF in a caspio table for the Datapage or external to a local PC or a online document store pointed by URL

Copying the record from parent table to the child table and triggered action run in child table.
Sometimes we need to split the tables in some sections by creating a new child tables. But when we insert records from parent tables to child tables it is not possible to trigger an action because of currently triggered actions are limited to a maximum of one nested level. This limitation causes the app builders to create complex applıcations. Caspio needs to raise of number nested level otherwıse it is pointless to subscribe to this system.

Record Viewing Hit Statistics
I would like to see some more analytic's so that I can see how many times a table record has been viewed. Basically like a counter that is stored in the table as a new field. Would also want to display this data on the page.

Add SQL capability when creating a new View.
Add SQL capability when creating a new View. I believe this would be very useful to generate aggregate totals like:"Max(), Sum(), Exists" and concatenation of values. This view should also be available for scheduled downloads .

50mb
We backup our Caspio Data every week using a Scheduled Task. Out DB has finally exceeded 50MB which means we no longer can create a Scheduled Task for our Backups. Can this limitation be lifted so we can continue with automatic backups?
We can create two scheduled task and manually select the tables we want to back up but when a new table is created it wont automatically be backed up.

Apply & Stay Button in DataPage Wizard
I wish I could just hit an 'apply' button without having to refresh the page and go back to bridge. We have many datapages that are embedded therefore the preview button does not work and I'd like to be able to review changes to datapages without going back and forth between the bridge with small changes.
There was another request on here from 2014, but it is not currently an option in the wizard.

A printer button
You should be able to print out your table structures or triggers to hardcopy. Actually everything in Caspio should have the option to print it to a printer. Never seen an application not having the option to print something with a printer icon. Just very weird not to have this option.
