allow for editing authentication
On the Results Page Editing Options, would it be possible to add an editing authentication option (to turn editing either on or off) depending on who's logged in? Or to just allow an ediiting authentication to be used on the editing options choices page. Currently two data pages are needed for this funtionality.

Allow Chart/Pivot Table Combination Datapage.
I would like to be able to use a chart and pivot table on one datapage. Currently, you can only use a chart and tabular report.
It would make sense to have a chart and pivot table because you summarize values in both.

Caspio Tasks Triggered Email Customisation - Allow for user triggering task's email address to be included in the email sent..
When building a caspio task, the send email widget doesn't allow for sending information about the user who ran the task (e.g. his/her email address) and the tables that were impacted or attributes within these tables to a relevant set of email addresses. Currently, only static message is possible. This would be useful in order to know who has triggered a Caspio task & what information they have processed.

As a caspio user triggering a task
When the task has finished running

Count how many times List-String items Checked
If my list-string contains: (Apple-Tomato-Orange-Banana)
I need to make a report showing how many items are checked (sold) separately no matter if they were selected together or individually.
in the end, I will be able to have charts and tables that help my business to analyze the best-selling items.

Need notifications for "failed" scheduled tasks.
I had a very important scheduled task in a app that ran fine every day - then one day it failed for no apparent reason. I was not made aware of the failure and that caused us problems.
Seems logical if a scheduled task fails there should be a notification someplace - email, or message, or something - only way to see a fail is to open every task and look at history on each one

Give the online support techs the ability to view your desktop remotely
When using online support, it would be really helpful if the people you were chatting with could remotely view your screen. Would immensely speed up support times when you don't have to type in lengthy explanations of what you are trying to describe....

Create an APP to work at Caspio.com on your cell phone.
The beauty of Caspio for me is the speed at which i can change things. However i am not always sitting in front of my computer. But i always have my cell phone with me. However trying to work on the Caspio site with a cell phone is tough. An APP to make the Caspio website workable with a cell phone would very much help this.

Allow signatures fields to be mapped to an image field in PDF Generation
If we could include the signature or even an image file inside the PDF Generator the functionality of the generator would be much for inclusive and work in so many more use cases

Make "Tabbed Navigation for Multiple DataPages" easier and Code free
Access applications have much better navigation which make them really great in terms of look and feel of an application.
the ability to have tabbed navigation should be easy to do in Caspio and without code.

Incorporate Machine Learning and AI in Caspio Bridge
It would be nice to incorporate Machine Learning Services in Caspio Bridge's SQL Server to brings Artificial Intelligence (AI )directly to Caspio Bridge. This wil enable users to query our Caspio Bridge database applications using natural language

Appointment Scheduler. I would love for Caspio to integrate a product similar to Calendly.com where people can create an online schedule for others to view their available appointment dates/times and allow viewers to schedule an appointment online. Integrate with Google Calendar or Outlook to place scheduled visits on their personal calendar.

Filter a View by comparing two fields like a calculation.
For example. I would like to be able to create a view by comparing two separate fields.
- Field1 Equal to Field2...
- Field1, Greater Than or Equal to Field2..
- [Sale_Price] - [Cost] < "500"
- [LastImportDate] = Max of [LastImportDate]

export csv file should not have quotes in each field value
when create an export csv file without having all the quotes on each value. Most of the time the file export is used for interface and all it needs is comma delimited. It should also provide an option to say include header or not.
Caspio currently create file this way
header row with - "Name","phone"
detail row with - "ABC","9201930000"I suggest the header row should be an option, the detail row should not have the quotes e.g. ABC,9201930000

Import & Replace full App without affecting table records
We use multiple accounts for development, testing, and production. When we export an App from one account, we have the option of whether or not to include the data from the tables or just the tables themselves.
When we import that App into another account and choose to Replace the app, we are not given any options about how to handle the tables and their data. If we exported with data, it will replace all the existing data. If we exported without data, it will empty out the tables completely.
This is a big problem when it comes to moving…

Get the Facebook integration back online soon please.
The Facebook integration was obviously a popular feature before, but as far as i can see it was basically left for dead in 2014 due to some changes made from facebook side. I have been waiting for this feature to be fixed since i first signed up with Caspio. I hope you can get the service back up soon.

Completing forms via a Chatbot
I would love to be able to easily create or edit records in tables and views through interaction with a chatbot in stead of using the traditional datapage form interface. this way i could change the information gathering process into an engaging and fun conversation rather than a traditional form.

should add a bulk file upload function similar to social networks like Facebook
for example in a real estate application when a property owner needs to upload up to ten files of his advertized property and he wants to do it all at once...
