  1. Allow rules for Lists

    Allow rules on Lists. I need a multi-select list box which is only available via the Lists in the table. If I need to hide something based on the list selection I cannot do this.

  2. Dropdown Menu/Auto Completion Combined

    This seems like a feature that should be standard but if you can have a drop menu where you can also type in the field like an autocomplete field, this would be great

  4. Add file type to email triggers

    It would be beneficial to also have the "file" type field be sent as an attachment in the email triggers. This way, a user can essentially submit emails with an attachment.

  5. triggered actions "on update" fired on bulk edit/update.

    triggered actions seems to be great idea.
    but worthless if it is fired only on single update /for example through details page/

  7. An interface that allows me to write SQL to retrieve data from my tables.

    This was suggested before (#6079113) but that suggestion also requested triggered actions. That request is now marked complete because you implemented triggered actions, so It seems it would do no good to up-vote that request. This would be so useful and so easy to implement.   8. Use of wildcards in file names when using datahub

    Ability to use wildcards in file names when using datahub on SFTP transfers E.g. FileNameDDMMYYHHMMSS for controlling imported file order and ensuring no files have been missed.

    I need this to industrialise my file transfers coming via a Data transfer VAN

  9. Custom XML as Datahub Scheduled task format

    Custom XML doesn't appear to be a format option in Datahub Scheduled tasks configuration, but strangely you can import manually which is no good when I have files arriving every 15 mins from 3 sources. Manually importing 288 files a day is never going to happen. If Caspio are serious about connecting with industry we need more industrial features and then I might me able to sell more expensive Caspio packages.

  11. Allow multiple values as rows (not columns) or allow calc fields in Pivot Tables

    Currently the only option for multiple values using one column field is to present the values as sums next to each other, which messes the appearance up and creates two sub-columns per column. Another fix would be allowing calculated/formula fields in Pivot Tables. This is a very basic request and I'm surprised it is not available.

    As a simple example, if you're looking to create monthly financial statements where the Month Field is the column header and there are multiple values which belong to the column headers and are coming from another table's values, there is no way to present…

  12. Enable export of files with a scheduled task

    It is possible to schedule tasks for tables and views but not files. This seems like an easy add to enable a complete back up of customer data.

  13. Make it so Scheduled Import task can trigger Triggered Actions

    Would love to have my triggered action being triggered whenever I update the table thru Scheduled import task. For example, I have table with my inventory report and is being updated via scheduled import task daily. It would be nice to add a "Updated as of (date/time the scheduled task was run).

  20. Cancel Button on all DataPages

    To create the best interface for users, I have tried different ways of navigation between DataPages. Sometimes users will open a DataPage just to realize that the DataPage was not the right one. An obvious thing would be a cancelclose button on all datapages which does just that: Close the datapage without having to navigate back in the browser "Back-button". Setting the destination wil not solve thes issue as I want to open the possibility to submit several submissons before closing, and also to close without submitting anything at all.
