make Recaptcha available
Instead of just Captcha also make Recaptcha available so people that are interested can move away from numbers & letters, which can sometimes be difficult to enter, & allow the use of Recaptcha with pictures or the click of a box. This would reduce frustration for many users.

In LookupTables, enable Sort By a field other than Value or Display
I am regularly running into this limitation. I have an item # (value) and an item name (display) in my Lookup Table. I also have an item category, which is what I'd like to use for the Sort By - but the options currently limit Sort By to either value or display.

Date formats
In Australia (where I live) the usual date format is dd/mm/yyyy. In the US it is usually mm/dd/yyyy.
I appreciate there are localisation options, but when selecting date as a field type, there aren't.
Can the default be the international - yyyy/mm/dd
At least then that column will sort correctly and display in date order.11 votes -
Accessibility for Section 508 Compliance
Authentications do not have page titles - When a Datapage uses an authentication, I noticed that the <title> element within the <head> code for that page is empty. But once a DataPage is launched, the <title> element is the same as the DataPage name (which is good). WCAG 2.0 SC 2.4.2https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/navigation-mechanisms-title.html states that all Web pages must have a <title> that describes the topic or purpose of the page. Add NavBar Menu datapage
Currently we are using an HTML datapage to add a navbar menu on every webpage. The reason for this is to not duplicate code and have the ability to dynamically change the menu with different user authentications. Unfortunately, we cannot authenticate the navbar menu differently than the datapage on the webpage, so we had to resort to authenticating all datapages the same and re-direct the user manually if their authentication doesn't match.
It would be really convenient to have a navbar menu datapage that you could add menu buttons, drop downs, etc. And assign URL's to the buttons for redirecting.…11 votes -
Allow me to close or move the "Live Help" box
While having the "Live Help" box directly inside Caspio Bridge is fantastic, it is in an inconvenient location. The It is right over the scroll bar and can be in the way if trying to move around a table. If there was an option to close it or move it to a different part of the screen that would be great.
Same thing if it's moved to a bubble, it covers the scroll arrows in the corner.

When uploading a file, the "Save to folder" option permits a hard-coded value. It would be useful to pass a value to this, such as User ID, so that different users' files aren't co-mingled, but instead placed into their individual folders.

Should be able to have "download data" for PDF above header
For our customers it is really confusing to find the download PDF option when it is below the header - tucked right above data
It is far far far from idiot proof
The PDF option needs to be super simple for people to use

See All Connections To Specific Table Field
Currently, the only way to view all connections related to a certain FIELD in a table is to click on DELETE for that field in the Table Design and view the Connections popup.
This seems like a horrible place to view this, being only 1 misclick away from ruining your database.
I am looking for a way to view all connections to a field (not an entire table) without having to go through the delete process.

Style Theme
It would be nice to select a theme (colors + icons) so we don't have to configure each element one by one in the style. In the same way that word or excel are doing it. Each element of the theme are still editable.

Allow radio buttons to use Yes/No data types
When I set up my table, I naturally used Yes/No for questions with yes or no answers. Someone suggested I change the data page to radio buttons instead of check boxes, as it seemed unnatural to them (and to be fair, the change seemed to make sense from UX perspective.)
I figured the change would be trivial, but oddly enough radio buttons cannot be used on Yes/No data types. Now I'm having to backtrack and add the fields to each data page after changing the data type.
Could we get Yes/No data types to use Yes and No radio buttons?

Allow datapage elements configured as Display Only to be referenced in javascript like you can reference other elements.
Sometimes a developer may want to display, and not allow edit, a piece of data from a previous datapage. This displayed datapage element may need to be referenced from javascript which I don't believe is possible now. All other configurations of elements can be referenced, even hidden elements, but now the display only element.

Keep the formatting
I wish the Caspio program would allow users to download the exact same report as seen on the report display to MS. Excel. For example I have spent time formatting my data elements as a percentage , or with an extra decimal place, or currency as dollars with the two extra decimal places. However once I downloaded the report I notice that all formatting is gone. I am fully aware that I can make format changes in MS Excel but I feel like I am doing the work twice I wish that these items would export automatically.

allow checkboxes to be displayed as toggle switches
Have more style options for check boxes and other form fields. Suggested use of toggle switches instead of check boxes for better UI. Similar to bootstrap toggle (http://www.bootstraptoggle.com)

Allow List Datatypes in Authentication Fields
Right now an authentication doesn't allow you to retrieve a List Datatype, even though it is in the view. I would like to include the list datatype in with the authentication fields.

not allow editing if autocomplete doesnt match
I would like to limit the autocomplete option only to allow the user to input information that is found. It should work like a dropdown, limiting the input to what is already on the database.

Send ONE Email For Multiple Records
This has been discussed a few times in the forums. As it is right now, an email trigger will send one email FOR EACH record matching the condition.
It would be helpful if we could have all matching records be sent in one email, instead of one email for each matching record.
To get farther into it, being able to send only updated fields in a notification email/exclude blank fields instead of all records regardless of their values being changed would be sweet.
