    HI! I know this is manually done by Administrators but recently I got locked out of Apple/icloud after a few failed attempts and immediately I saw in my screen the ability to unlock my account.

  5. Support SCIM for provisioning users

    In order to add SAML users today, UID's must be configured in a Caspio table that authentications reference. That process requires manual intervention in both the IdP and Caspio itself. It would be preferable for Caspio to support SCIM so that users from an IdP can be automatically provisioned.

  6. Use attribute filtering for SAML RBAC

    Today, the process of provisioning users authenticated via SAML is kludgey and requires manual/API configuration of an authentication table. Caspio's existing SAML features effectively duplicate the intended functionality of SAML, which is both for authentication and authorization.

    It should be possible to leverage SAML scopes and/or attribute filtering to configure RBAC, including record-level authz.

  7. Add a button on datapage that would allow a user to add multiple records to the database

    I would like to give the user a button that would update database directly instead of having to create a scheduled task and sending via email and manually update data fields. They should be able to enter data directly in the fields I specifiy in the database.

    Provide us with the ability to customize the message that users see when our Caspio Applications are down for Caspio Maintenance. We should be able to provide them with a messge from us and our contact information if they have questions.

  11. format dates for search criteria automatically and don't have the program shame me

    This should be a no brainer as long as you decide you want to. When I enter a date search criteria as 8/5/23 I get a warning to enter a date. This is because it is not formated 08/05/2023. But you show it as that new format and all I have to do is hit submit again. Why shame me when you don't have to. Just change it like you are already doing and go on with the query. Geeshh

  12. Test Emails from Triggers, Tasks, or Notification/Acknowledgments

    It would be nice if we could test our emails that we have created in either Tasks, Triggers, or Notification/Acknowledgments from the DataPage Wizard.

    If we could send the email to ourselves so we can see how it looks/reacts in an email client, instead of having to reproduce the action that triggers the email in a test environment, it would be very helpful.

    Make an option, so that the user can chose between an already uploaded file or upload a new file.
    It would reduce duplicate files where the contents is the same.

    This is more of a bug report then a feature request: give us a proper CLEAR SEARCH button next to or comined with the existing search button.
    There really needs to be a "clear search" button available that will clear all the existing search terms (also the ones in dropdown's, not just the ones in text fields), but will not reload the page. In short,

  16. Enable Cross-App Login for Directories

    It would be nice if there was a cross-app login element for the new Directories feature. If I have multiple authentications created based on user roles, the new Directories feature requires me to log into each DataPage a different authentication is created. However, if a cross-app login element was created, I could have the application behave similarly to how it does just by using the Caspio ID services (in authentications), but have the enhance security controls of the new Directories feature.

  17. Run a Sequence of Tasks in one schedule that would stop sequence if one fails

    i have 6 tasks that individually pass max records error but if i join them they fail with fail error. each one is critical on the previous ones completing. if i could run them in sequence it would be good.

  20. Create a feature where you can COPY the SUBMISSION Form Data (formatted Input of fields) over to a REPORT Details page

    SUBMISSION Input COPY to REPORT. The idea is that when you have large complex input forms 100s to 1000s of data fields (1023 being the limit) ... which should also be updated for larger tables) that you have to spend days to create/design layout ... that you will ultimately want to use the SAME Layout in a SEARCH/MODIFY REPORT ... the way it is working now, you have to completely recreate the layout from scratch to build the Modifiable report. It would be very useful if there was a way to COPY over the FORMAT details of the INPUT/DETAIL PAGE…
