Run a Sequence of Tasks in one schedule that would stop sequence if one fails
i have 6 tasks that individually pass max records error but if i join them they fail with fail error. each one is critical on the previous ones completing. if i could run them in sequence it would be good.

Add Multiple SMS Sending ID's
I would like to be able to add SMS sender ID's to multiple applciations within caspio accout. We can currently only add one globally in account settings.

Use attribute filtering for SAML RBAC
Today, the process of provisioning users authenticated via SAML is kludgey and requires manual/API configuration of an authentication table. Caspio's existing SAML features effectively duplicate the intended functionality of SAML, which is both for authentication and authorization.
It should be possible to leverage SAML scopes and/or attribute filtering to configure RBAC, including record-level authz.

Support SCIM for provisioning users
In order to add SAML users today, UID's must be configured in a Caspio table that authentications reference. That process requires manual intervention in both the IdP and Caspio itself. It would be preferable for Caspio to support SCIM so that users from an IdP can be automatically provisioned.

make a read-only view of data tables
The data sheet UI is automatically editable, making it far too easy to accidentally make a change.

Allow users to unlock their accounts
HI! I know this is manually done by Administrators but recently I got locked out of Apple/icloud after a few failed attempts and immediately I saw in my screen the ability to unlock my account.

File Thumbnails
Include an option to render a thumbnail of uploaded files on detail pages so users can tell what's in the files without downloading.
(I know there's a workaround but it requires the files to be stored offsite and accessed via URL, and having to upload the same file to two locations is a waste of time and storage.)

For your Report Abuse button. Open a form instead or direct abuse.
For your Report Abuse button in Disclaimer. Please open a form asking what type of Abuse instead of Direct reporting as it can be used mischievously/accidently.

I think user should be warned before deactivating the account, due to sending bulk email notifications!
Because as a user, I would prefer to stop sending notifications, rather than getting the account deactivated completely. Regards,

allow for virtual fields on pivot reports
For example, I have Members Table with Surname, First Name and Second Name. Members Table also a formula field Member Full Name which is Surname + Firstname. Pivot tables do not allow for formula fields now I have to create a view with the Surname and Name for Pivot tables. With a virtual field, I could have done a select statement to get the Member Full Name or else Pivot tables must allow for formula fields. Please .. Please !!!!!!

Add App access log download
Can view the App Access log, but would be great to be able to download it, even filter and then download

Recently used colors feature in color palate
While mainly in the styles section, anywhere you present the color palate you should show the last 6 colors the user chose. This is similar to MS office products when you choose a cell or font color.

SPC/Control Chart Feature
In quality improvement in healthcare, we use control charts. This feature is not currently available in Caspio and can be a tool that can make the application more robust for the healthcare industry. See example below.

Add Weekday function
It would be helpful to have a Weekday function (like in Excel and Access) that assigns a numeric value to the day of the week on which a date occurs (1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, etc).

Caspio data to show on google search results
We need our caspio data to be shown on google search results pages, just like other data plugins for wordpress like directories plugin. Thanks

"Only one session per user:"
I understand the reason why system will end a session on another device when a user logs in on another device. However, can a prompt be added? IE - a user who is already logged in begins to login on another device. Can a message popup stating "User is currently logged in on another device. Proceed with ending that session? (or similar verbiage)" with a Yes / No option.

Allow hide list field on datapage
Sometimes I want to set a default value for a List field on record creation and not display that value to the user. Other field types can be set and hidden this way but it seems not the List - string field.
