    As it says - very useful to group by Quarter. (also H1/H2 - but not so important)

  2. When enabling a Scheduled Task, do not send email if there are new records in view.

    Currently, even when there are no records in the view, scheduled task emails are still being sent to recipients. Should not send if there are no records in the view.

  3. download file location and name choice

    It would be really great if the 'Download' link on a datapage gave the user a 'Save As' window so they could rename the file (instead of the confusing temp_09-08-2017 etc names) and location to save it to. I have users who download a lot and have to hunt down the files in their regular Downloads directory to rename and move them and they really don't like that.

  5. Simply category tallies?

    Im suprised this basic feature isnt included out of box. Reporting: simply counting the number of times the choices in a drop down were selected?

    For example, form data page question asks people Whats Your Type of Music? Drop down options Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Classical. After 6 months I need to tally the number of people that chose Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop or Classical. It would be a very basic Excel countif= function. Kinda suprised a robust system like caspio cant do it out of box.

  7. User Selectable

    Currently when a user selects "User-Selectable" for records per page for the results page, the default is set to 25. Is there a way to select another default value?

  8. Date criteria

    In search criterias there are a few options when using date as criteria.
    One is "before now", another "x days back in time" og "next x days".
    I miss the option "before x days back" and after x days forward"

  9. All Assets - Additional Columns and Filter

    When looking at the All Assets view it would be helpful to have a column for DataPage. This way you could quickly see what is being used and if you have any orphan objects.

    Also there should be a way to filter objects by name and DataPage. This is helpful if you have large numbers of objects (either Shared or App specific).

  10. re-enter password on a submit form

    After a user is authenticated and working in datapages i want them to be prompted to re-enter their password when submitting certain data pages.

  11. Soap API should include to check WSDL url in account services profile if incorrect account name error shown.

    The WSDL url is dynamic, so the API you are calling against may not match the API in your web services profile. When calling against an incorrect WSDL url, only "Incorrect account name." message is given, even if credentials are correct. It may be helpful to add, "Please double check the WSDL URL in your account profile as well as your account name, profile name and password."

  13. Add the ability to perform "star" ratings for reviewing a table entry.

    Today the user has the ability to rate a table entry using numbers, but how about what is common today for rating (like hotels, travel suggestions, etc.) is a 5 star rating.

  16. Enable SQL Variables

    Enable SQL variables

    I want to do complex SQL/calculations - and the lack of variables makes this overly complicated and repetitive.

    I understand why Insert and Update commands are restricted - but Variables in themselves don't compromise the "locked down" nature of Caspio

  17. Grouping arrow icon direction

    In the results page when grouping is enabled, the arrows point down when data is not displayed and arrows point horizontal when data is displayed (see screenshot). This is confusing.

    Please add arrows to point down when data is displayed and horizontal when data is not displayed.

  18. Password Reset Requirements

    1. Require users to reset their password after X days.
    2. Don't let users reset their password using passwords they've used they used in the past (i.e. cannot use last X passwords used).
