Fix virtual fields on popups
When you have virtual fields loaded in a popup which have the same number as one on the main page they confuse each other.
For example if you add a calculate field which refers to virtual1 in the popup but there is also a vitual1 on the main page it takes the value from the main page.
You actually have to add more virtual fields until you get one with a unique number. IT took me ages to figure out what was going on as if you load it in preview it works.

BUG - pdf document template does not recognize duplicate joins in view
I have a training table which has a trainer and many participants. Both the trainer and the participants are held in a staff table. To be able to get the names of the trainer and participants I created a view which has 2 instances of the staff table.
When trying to map these fields to a pdf document template the Data source field, although it shows both staff joins, it will only allow select from one.
This is a bug as I cannot select both the staff and the participants to add to the template.

allow filtering a report by pre-determined criteria AND search form
Sometimes I want to be able to filter a report on pre-determined criteria through passing parameters, but also want to allow users to further search those results. For example, using an event ID to filter participants for a specific event, but also allowing users to filter by name or location.

Dynamically Update File Names on Scheduled Import
It would be extremely beneficial if the scheduled import/export tasks could dynamically update the file name with the current date. Many of our files must have the current date attached to the file name for repository purposes. Due to this, we have to manually import all files everyday. Dynamic file name capabilities would allow for automation.

Simulate tasks and triggers
I think it would be a very good idea to be able to simulate the tasks before launching them and when validating them.
Somehow this could indicate how many mails would go to how many recipients or if you are in update/insert it could indicate how many records and where they would go.
It is very common to create tasks that send mails to several people but it is very important to make sure that it is really what you want and that no customer or user receives something by mistake with other information.

Caspio chatbot datapage
Hey caspio! I love the chatGPT integration - very cool. Keep going with the AI push. We'd love to see a caspio AI chatbot datapage that has built in access to caspio tables. This would allow users to make a chatbot datapage within caspio that has native access to caspio tables. We're looking into this now with zapier and other tools but we end up needing to copy our caspio data out to other tables for that chatbot access... Let's keep it all in caspio!

datapage element limiter
Datapage element have the capability to control what alphanumierc that the text box accepts.
Ex. It only accept all uppercase/auto uppercase, number only and customer like it only accept certain special characters.

Multiple Tables in a Datapage !!
Why datapages are limited to a single table? View's do not provide multiple editing, and do not help. To keep our tables 'Normalized' sometimes we need to us multiple tables to keep the size down, however there is no way of accessing multiple tables inside a single datapage for editing purposes. Relationships do not accomplish this either.

Ability to use Tables in Bridge inside FLEX...a Bridge between both sides...
Flex is really nice, but us Bridge users with established apps are left out in the cold; There is no means of using the new Flex functions and nice GUI with our old apps in Bridge. If there was some way to access at least the tables inside Flex (from the bridge side) then we could start to use Flex without having to re-write our entire APP.

Global Flex DataParts for Embedded Flex Pages
Currently, when using the deployed Flex app URL, the Flex Header and Footer behave as global elements across all pages. However, when Flex pages are embedded into an external website, these global header/footer elements are excluded. If a user wants to create their own header, menu, or custom styling, this will require each embedded page to redundantly include its own header/menu logic. If using Custom CSS, flex requires dataparts containing this CSS to be present in each page if embedding into an external website. This consumes an excessive amount of DataParts and is inefficient.

Bulk Activation Without Email
When converting a large authentication table to a Directory, it is necessary to activate all users. If this is completed in bulk, you must send an email to each, resulting in a large number of email notifications. It would be helpful if we could instead bulk-activate and send a single email to all users with a link to the portal (which makes you reset your password anyway). This can currently be accomplished individually, but not in bulk.

When exporting data on list page - use the details page field names - not table field names
When you export the data from a details report page/list, it takes the actual table field names which are usually either too long or do not make sense some times to the user. Like the option of keeping it the way it is or using the details page renamed field names

Provide a listing of all locations of fields that if deleted from tables will cause dependent Datapages/Views to become unstable.
When trying to delete unused fields from a table, if they show up ANYWHERE in any datapage or view the system gives a warning that proceeding with the deletion may cause instability. It takes LONG time to go into each possible datapage and and view to try to locate where you've got those fields and delete them so they don't cause this problem. Since the system found them well enough to tell you they exist, why can't the system provide you a list of there they are located so you can find them easily, too???
