  1. To make custom button to manually and invoke a task to perform some task

    Allow creating custom buttons and place those buttons in data pages. The buttons can be linked to the on-demand task.

  2. Input Multiple rows of data in a single API call.

  3. Make the way TASKS are written optional graphical or text based

    Allow Task writing in text mode in stead of graphical blocks, so one can build an own library and copy past between tasks.

  5. Conditional Dropdown; 2+ sources for dropdown list

    It would be nice if we could have conditional dropdowns (not cascading) that will change the datasource/value list depending on the value of a Parent element.

    In example, if the Parent value was A, then the dropdown would list Group A values. Likewise, if the Parent value was B, then that same dropdown would now show Group B values.

  6. Stripe payments. Allow to send info to stripe description

    Actually is not possible to send any info to stripe description. When we receive a payment in stripe, done through caspio, is very difficult for the accounting team to allocate it. Would be really helpful to be possible to send field values to stripe description

  7. Allow Logic on FROM field for Email Notifications

    Currently you cannot use any logic on the FROM field for Send Email triggers. You have to select your email from the dropdown for each trigger you build. We have hundreds of employees using our submission forms which means I would have to build hundreds of triggers to handle each unique FROM email. If that field allowed Logic, we could use build one trigger and just code it to pull an email address.

  8. SysDateTime in Formula fields

    I understand that currently the SysDateTime function is not available in formula fields. It would be great if this could be supported for calculating time differences at the table level between start dates and now.

  10. Enable folders for Tasks and Tables

    I use the folders in Data Pages a lot. I would love to be able to similarly organize my tables and tasks, for which there are many.

  15. Allow forms to download either data table fields or the labels you created on the Datapage

    When selecting the Download Data option - my database field labels are exposed to end users - would be nice if there was a check box option allowing me to choose the current default only for tables that would be reimported into Caspio...

  16. Labeling of virtual and html block elements of datapages

    Currently virtual elements & html block elements are simply numbered in the order created, making it EXTREMELY time consuming to locate the components of your form. NEED to be able to label these myself!

    Oh yeah, if it was all WYSIWYG editing, that would be even better!!!

  17. alow reports calculations to: add texts from two different columns and show concatenated texts

    I want to display a concatenated text of multiple columns seperated by coma. Ex: User1 entered value in Column 1 - Test. User2 entered value in Column 2 - Successfull.

    My report should output Column 1 & Column 2 = Test, Successfull

  19. Auto download data from List Report

    To download data from a List Report, it now takes 3 steps: 1. Click on Download data, 2. Double-click on (XML or CVS) file, 3. Click on "Open".

    It would be nice if there was an option in the Datapage setup that enabled automatic download and opened the file. In other words, when I launch the report it opens as an Excel file.

  20. allow views on views, so the data source design can effectively become a bit more "object-oriented" and more maintainable

    and also allow "full SQL" definition of views - set unions, set differences etc.; plus creation of combination / concatenation fields in views; would be great in itself but also provide solutions to some of the front end limitations like drop downs can't be sorted on some other field etc.
