Describe Upload Errors
I sometimes receive errors while importing data to tables. The errors simply state how many records were imported and how many failed. It would be helpful if the reason for error as well as which records failed were displayed so you can correct the error and upload the records that failed. Attached is an error where 2 records failed with reason "failed to insert row." Knowing which rows is needed.

It would be great if a table field could be set with a default value or do a calculation on update.
If you use importing to get data into a table you can't interact with the data without manual intervention. That defeats the purpose of automatic importing or importing at al really.

In Admin Console against each table/datapage/view etc
have a notes field to be able to describe the intended use of each / various tables /datapages/views etc. As you have more and more tables and datapages it gets more difficult to figure out what each is actually there for

Provide more graph options like Scatter Graphs
The graph options are very limited in Caspio. The ones there are the most commonly used but sometimes a Scatter Graph or Stack Graph just works better.

schedule mailing system
in my application user login to my application almost every day.
I want to send mails to my user if not login to my application more then a month. if last login is more then a month a mail will fire to login or ur account will be deactivate.

include more than one field in grouping headers
When grouping, only the field that is selected for grouping is displayed in "header". However, other fields are available to display in the header of the group that are common to the grouping field. E.g. Car repair/services. A service is needed on a car. The car name is used for grouping, but also the model, year, color, VIN are also attributes of the car, rather then service. The various services are displayed under each car. In the current set up, only one of the car-related fields, model, would be in the header. It would be nice to have model, year,…

create an admin profile based on the knowledge of the user (developer, non-developer...)
so based on profile you can customize your apps. ie: disable the html editor on every new datapage ...

Grid Edit as default
Allow to select grid edit as a default view on a result page. thanks :-)

Open a file saved in the Caspio, and once edited and modified, keep it back in Caspio
Open a file saved in the Caspio cloud, and once edited and modified, keep it back in Caspio, with the same name or renamed by the user.

automatic search based on a user's current location should be built in, rather thank clunky JavaScript add on
Caspio is great but the map mashup is a little out of date. User's should be able to search using their existing location as a standard feature (not with extra JavaScript) and the maps should be responsive to different devices (as all data pages should be really)

Report Filter
Instead of two data pages to accomplish a dynamic filtered search on one page, just include the fields that can be filtered on the report just like the sort option. Even if it is a single filter field and filter value it would be better than nothing or having to using two data pages. If it could be completely dynamic like the designer datasheet view of tables in Caspio, that would be AWESOME!

Provide a way to maintain auto-login between sessions. Perma-login.
Like the way you never have to re-login to facebook, Google, etc. Feature would probably also need a checkbox to disable perma-login if the user is on shared/public computer.

Add analytics to report forms to track keywords used in search
It would be fantastic for us to track what keywords users are inputting when using our report search in order to determine what topics/issues are most important to our users and provide them with products (research, policies, innovations) based on those results.

Add Link Options to "Destination after record operation: Go to a new page"
It would be great to be able to use add options in addition to the link address when you choose "Go to a new page" after a record operation.

Add names to link targets
The target tab for links is great!
It would be even better if we could add a custom name.
Names allow you to use iframes to display many CB Data Pages on one web page and reload only the specific CB Data Page you made a record change in.

Many-to-Many Relationships - Views as a source for a view
Many-to-Many relationships are powerful for many reasons; in particular action items that have many users that interact with them.
Please consider this scenario:
tblActionLog
FielduserCreator
FielduserAssigned
Field_userCompleter
...A report to display all three users would be very useful, and an easy approach (easy from our end, IDK what this would require from your end) would be to use three User table views as a source for the view that would be the source for the report.
viewUserCreator, viewUserAssigned, viewUserCompleter, tblActionLog -> sources for viewActionLogReport
