  1. Move Up / Move Down option in Tables datasheet view

    There needs to be a Move Up / Move Down option in Tables datasheet view. I created a lookup table called in from a Form field multiple choice. The only sort options are alphabetical. Tech support said thats my only option except delete all the table datasheet entries and redo them in the order you want. Not ideal if I have 50 entries and/or add to it occasionally. With each new option I have to rebuild the table? An Insert Here or Move Up/Down option would be fantastic here.

  2. Easily upload styles from CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.

    Feature that would easily allow to use CSS frameworks in Styles and insert classes on Caspio HTML tags and elements.

  3. Add additional task scheduling options.

    Add the ability to schedule a task to run (i.e.) every two hours daily on Monday thru Friday. This would eliminate unnecessary bandwidth usage on weekends and other times.

  4. Make Folders withing other Folders

    I have so many DataPages and would like to be able to create Folders withing another Folders.

  5. Let the Web Form Wizard expand and contract

    It would be great if the entire Web Form Wizard would scale to fit the size of the user's browser window. I can't see why it shouldn't be able to expand and contract as necessary. I constantly have to scroll to see things, when only a quarter of my browser window is being utilized.

  6. Access Caspio data from Power BI

    I use Microsofts Power BI for management reporting, and I would really like to include data from Caspio into these datasets. I know it's possible to do so by exporting it through scheduled tasks, and then set up an import to Power BI. To avoid this "double transfer" it would be nice to be able to get data directly.

  8. Completing forms via a Chatbot

    I would love to be able to easily create or edit records in tables and views through interaction with a chatbot in stead of using the traditional datapage form interface. this way i could change the information gathering process into an engaging and fun conversation rather than a traditional form.

  9. Get the Facebook integration back online soon please.

    The Facebook integration was obviously a popular feature before, but as far as i can see it was basically left for dead in 2014 due to some changes made from facebook side. I have been waiting for this feature to be fixed since i first signed up with Caspio. I hope you can get the service back up soon.

  10. Allow different formulas and/or functions to be applied to different fields listed in the Totals & Aggregation option

    Can you provide an option that allows different formulas and/or different functions to be applied to different fields selected in the Totals & Aggregation option section instead of applying same formula or function to all selected fields?

  11. Make it possible to search with "contains" in dropbox

    When using dropdown in a form, I would like to be able to search in a dropdown with the criteria "Contains". Now, if I type "C", the cursor jumps to the first Item in the list that starts with the letter "C". I would like to be able to narrow down the list when typing and where only items that contains the text I typed are displayed

  12. Support a DateTime field that has a time input alongside the date

    I've seen that article and have implemented it on one of my date/time fields. Unfortunately, this takes an excessive amount of time and is difficult to debug. I need to have the date time field be customizable so that it allows me to enter a time alongside the date. Caspio has already got the latter side od the functionality correct and allows the user to display the time part of a date/time field.

    I'm sure there are plenty of solutions being developed with fields specifying appointment/delivery/arrival/departure times. So, I would think that having an object that handles date and time…

  13. Enable different fields for value and display when using autocomplete

    Similar to what you can do with dropdowns where there is one field for the display in the dropdown but when you select it, it can grab a different field for the value.

  14. Download link on [TABLES> NEW >TABLE DESIGN tab] to download the table design into a csv or other file.

    Currently you have a link on the Datasheet tab to download the table to a file. It would be nice and efficient for a DOWNLOAD link on [Tables>New>TABLE DESIGN tab]
    to download the TABLE DESIGN into a XLS, CSV or other file.

  15. I need to print some info , no printing option.

  17. Add simple Analysis tools from UML

    Add some analysis tools from UML like Class Diagram flow charts put most the Class because it is the most useful Diagram in translating the ideas and

  18. CSS Field per element/ Custom Style on an individual Datapage Element

    I think this would be super simple to implement and totally awesome. You could add a field in the properties for an element that allows us to add a custom class. That way we could add some additional styling via an external style sheet. 1 example is to to simply allow some specific elements to be bold versus other. Conditional CSS would be incredible as well.   19. Ability to put apps into a development mode such that you can test without deploying

    I have installed the Contact Log ready-made app to investigate how the logging panel works.
    However in order to do so, and this would apply in a lot of cases - not just the ready-made apps but your own app, you need to deploy it to a web server in order to test it since it uses passed parameters between the various view panels.
    This makes it difficult for non-technical people to develop such apps.
    A 'development' mode interface where the views do not need to be deployed in order to test them out would be handy especially since preview…

  20. Raise the table limit on view to 25

    I use lots of "dictionary" tables for lookups on drop downs these occur in multiple column in reports so need to be included as a different alias for each said column. Starts to add up pretty quick and I've already met the 16 table limit.
