Add App access log download
Can view the App Access log, but would be great to be able to download it, even filter and then download

Auto-activation of users in Directories
In Directories, currently users can only be activated manually. It would be helpful if it were possible to automatically trigger an email with the activation link whenever a new entry is added to the user table.

translate SQL to your logic UI automatically
It would be great to have an SQL tab available if you were using caspio in some kind of professional or expert mode. The tab I'm thinking of would be in the logic section of criteria where you could write the SQL logic and it would translate it into your boxy interface. in the interim you must be creating the logic in SQL so a SQL box could expose that unless it would have to be like Access writes logic in which case don't do it :)

Subfolders
Create ability to add subfolders in Caspio Bridge for DataPages. This would improve organization and navigation for BOTH multiple Administrators and for Caspio's HelpDesk agents. Under my Project Management folder, I've got to use longer and longer naming conventions to try and organize Data Pages, when it could just be accomplished with subfolders.

Inbound Webhooks
Sending data out from Caspio apps via webhook is a useful feature that I am grateful for. Even more useful, though, would be the ability to accept webhooks from other external applications for full two-way connectivity. Alternatively, an API console that can request data from external programs into Caspio apps would fulfill the same need.

Enable custom tab order
Currently, pressing "tab" on a form has one behavior: move one box to the right. This can make for some pretty unintuitive user interfaces - see the image for an example. If you have two address columns, there's no way to tab down the columns; the focus will bounce back and forth between them.
Please include a way to modify this, with a way to change tab direction to vertical, or to a custom tab order specified by the app developer. Access has a nice tab order function you could look at for inspiration.

When there is a file included in an outbound webhook, it needs to be formatted in a way that other systems could download it.
Right now if you select the file data type to be put into a webhook, it presents as a sting value showing the file path from within Caspio. Instead, we would like to see it be a link that can we acted upon by other 3rd party systems so they could download the file.

Auto-save HTML DataPage
One of the most frustrating things that can happen in the development workflow: Open HTML DataPage. Work in it for half an hour. Leave and do something else for a bit. Come back. What's this? I've been logged out? And where is my last 30 minutes of work?
This has happened to me dozens of times and it makes me want to put my head through the monitor. I know I'm not the only one out there. Please please please automatically save progress when working on HTML DataPages!!!

allow for virtual fields on pivot reports
For example, I have Members Table with Surname, First Name and Second Name. Members Table also a formula field Member Full Name which is Surname + Firstname. Pivot tables do not allow for formula fields now I have to create a view with the Surname and Name for Pivot tables. With a virtual field, I could have done a select statement to get the Member Full Name or else Pivot tables must allow for formula fields. Please .. Please !!!!!!

I think user should be warned before deactivating the account, due to sending bulk email notifications!
Because as a user, I would prefer to stop sending notifications, rather than getting the account deactivated completely. Regards,

charts
I have to build charts based on calculated fields. But we cannot add calculated fileds in chart datapage. If we can add this it will be very usefull for creating charts

For your Report Abuse button. Open a form instead or direct abuse.
For your Report Abuse button in Disclaimer. Please open a form asking what type of Abuse instead of Direct reporting as it can be used mischievously/accidently.

File Thumbnails
Include an option to render a thumbnail of uploaded files on detail pages so users can tell what's in the files without downloading.
(I know there's a workaround but it requires the files to be stored offsite and accessed via URL, and having to upload the same file to two locations is a waste of time and storage.)

To make people able to access directory's through datapages
I know by the time I'm writing this that directory's are still in development. But I think it would be really useful if you were able to access them using selfmade datapages, because now the same issue exist that admin users still need to be able to access the backend caspio account to enable/disable a user.

Allow users to unlock their accounts
HI! I know this is manually done by Administrators but recently I got locked out of Apple/icloud after a few failed attempts and immediately I saw in my screen the ability to unlock my account.

Support SCIM for provisioning users
In order to add SAML users today, UID's must be configured in a Caspio table that authentications reference. That process requires manual intervention in both the IdP and Caspio itself. It would be preferable for Caspio to support SCIM so that users from an IdP can be automatically provisioned.

Use attribute filtering for SAML RBAC
Today, the process of provisioning users authenticated via SAML is kludgey and requires manual/API configuration of an authentication table. Caspio's existing SAML features effectively duplicate the intended functionality of SAML, which is both for authentication and authorization.
It should be possible to leverage SAML scopes and/or attribute filtering to configure RBAC, including record-level authz.
