User Warning message to save data before exit(Flex App Pages )
FLEX APP PAGE / DATAPARTS - (No option on category)
Add the ability to flag a warning message to user if they attempt to move off an update form without saving their changes.
Currently they can just select a new menu item and any updates they may have just completed are lost, if they have not remembered to click on the update button/.

Flex Datapart Details form - Add ability to move or add a new update button to top of datapart. e.g. into the header, not just footer as now.
This would be particularly useful if the form is a long form and you have to keep scrolling all the way down to click the update.Note - also your category pull down does not include FLEX - only Datapages which are bridge.

Flex Datapart - Rich Text Editor add Anchor and link
Ability for users of a TextArea 64000 Field using the Advanced Rich Text editor to create a bookmark-style anchor within a Rich Text Editor field inside a Details Update Form, where both the link and the target anchor exist within the same Text Area. This means that clicking a link would scroll the user to a specific section in the same text area

Enable folders for Tasks, Tables and Views
As applications grow in complexity, the number of tasks, tables, and views increases significantly. Currently, all items are listed flatly, making it difficult to maintain a clean workspace, find relevant elements quickly, or organize by functional area or module.
This should be a basic feature that improves usability and organization in our daily work.
In some of our apps, for example, we have over 200 tables and a large number of tasks managing all of that without folders gets really messy.

Task testing mode
Tasks should have a simulation mode where we can test executions without actually performing them.
For example, the system could indicate how many emails would be sent or how many records would be updated/inserted in the table during the next run.
This would greatly help prevent errors or unintended mass actions, and give us more control to fine-tune our criteria properly.

Access permission to create and edit web services profiles without being an administrator
I need to give access permission to create and edit web services profiles without being an administrator. Can a default account (like: administrators and app managers) be added by Caspio developer in the coming update. This will help all Caspio customers.

Graphs and Photos into document templates
I need to be able to insert graph and or photos into a report (pdf template). Right now, that option do not exist as far as I could find.

Add display month relative to today on calendar
Currently you can set the Date displayed by default on a calendar by days relative to today. But I would like the calendar to always start next month and this is not currently possible.

Add Responsiveness to Flex for Better Mobile Display
Flex currently does not display well on mobile. Adding responsiveness to allow for better mobile display would be very helpful.

PDF and videos
We should be able to embed and view PDFs and videos directly inside DataPages.

Make "Data Source" a hyperlink leading directly to the table/view source.
This could likely be implemented in hours, if not minutes, and would make the entire app building process so much smoother. The suggestion, simply make the Data Source a clickable hyperlink that leads you directly into the table/view.
I spend so much time fishing around my apps looking for the correct table, so I can pop in, add a field, or change a field type, just to move forward with building my app.
In an ideal world:
Tables would have their own folders for easy management
Tasks could be run while inside the task
Views would have the option to…

It would be very helpful to allow users to download data in flex, like the current option in Bridge.

Enable 3000 line items and graphs and photos into view and datapages
I am constantly running into the limit of 512 items when my report is to set up to with 3000 parameters.
Chopping up the report into pages is not ideal as there is no mechanism to combine final pdf in caspio.1 vote -

We need a way to prevent filters from resetting when users toggle between AppPages using the built-in Flex menu. Moving to another AppPage refreshes the session ID and erases all the search results and filters across the App. When users move out from an AppPage where they applied a search, and then back to the same AppPage with the Search Form they need to re-do their search again. I tried using Query search parameters in the URL but the same thing happens, when you click on another tab in the menu, everything resets. Users will want to regularly move between…

Freeze the Headers in Flex Pivot Tables
This exists for Bridge but not Flex yet. It makes the pivot table unusable. I would help if it had the same features as the report element.

Allow multiple values to be set up in pie chart.
My data are organized in rows not in columns. That right now prohibits the creation of pie charts as only one column or value could be selected. Pleases allow multi values to be added to the pie chart.
