  1. Enable different fields for value and display when using autocomplete

    Similar to what you can do with dropdowns where there is one field for the display in the dropdown but when you select it, it can grab a different field for the value.

  2. All plans to have full function. The limits can be low. Ex: free plan 5 api calls per day. It will help evaluate platform better

  3. Allow multi-select radio buttons / checkboxes on the forms submissions pages. I know you clan do this with multi-select listboxes...

  4. Add simple Analysis tools from UML

    Add some analysis tools from UML like Class Diagram flow charts put most the Class because it is the most useful Diagram in translating the ideas and

  5. have a date filter for prior to x number of days, in other word, pull all records, with date of older than 60 days ago.

    When review data that users have entered, it would be helpful to be able to have a filter that is greater than a certain number of days, for example, pull all records a user entered where the created date (timestamp) is older than 60 days ago.

  6. Allow different formulas and/or functions to be applied to different fields listed in the Totals & Aggregation option

    Can you provide an option that allows different formulas and/or different functions to be applied to different fields selected in the Totals & Aggregation option section instead of applying same formula or function to all selected fields?

  7. Formula fields as row headers in a pivot table

    The pivot report allows multiple row header fields but sets them as indented / grouped elements. I would like to build a formula field out of concatenating the underlying fields in the table.

  9. Completing forms via a Chatbot

    I would love to be able to easily create or edit records in tables and views through interaction with a chatbot in stead of using the traditional datapage form interface. this way i could change the information gathering process into an engaging and fun conversation rather than a traditional form.

  10. Get the Facebook integration back online soon please.

    The Facebook integration was obviously a popular feature before, but as far as i can see it was basically left for dead in 2014 due to some changes made from facebook side. I have been waiting for this feature to be fixed since i first signed up with Caspio. I hope you can get the service back up soon.

  11. Hide html blocks using rules

    It would be nice that HTML Blocks inside Datapages could be hidden by using rules.

    For example, I use "<a href="#">My Link</a>" in the HTML Block but I want it to show only when cretain fields are not blank or any other criteria I might need.

  13. Pivot table pagination

    Pivot tables are often used for very big data sets. Please, please bring in the ability to paginate, otherwise users are left waiting unnecessarily for table loads, etc

  14. Add Custom Sorting for DataPages Other Than Alphabetical

    It is a common requirement where lists would need to be sorted by criteria other than the first letter. I often need to sort by the day of the week, or by the month, or by something else where the correct order is not alphabetical. There is no way to sort by anything but display on DataPages. There is only a choice for field and A-Z or Z-A. I don't get to choose, so my days of the week start with Friday and end with Wednesday.

  15. Ability to put apps into a development mode such that you can test without deploying

    I have installed the Contact Log ready-made app to investigate how the logging panel works.
    However in order to do so, and this would apply in a lot of cases - not just the ready-made apps but your own app, you need to deploy it to a web server in order to test it since it uses passed parameters between the various view panels.
    This makes it difficult for non-technical people to develop such apps.
    A 'development' mode interface where the views do not need to be deployed in order to test them out would be handy especially since preview…

  16. We should be able to develop app with dynamic search bar displayed with results without using another data page

    At the moment, through viewing your ready-made apps and tutorials, we need to use up a DataView from our limited (5) dataviews when you create a search display simply to be able to have the search and results on the same page. This seems very restrictive.
    You should be able to have a setting to display search and results on the same page without this extra data page.

  17. Add additional task scheduling options.

    Add the ability to schedule a task to run (i.e.) every two hours daily on Monday thru Friday. This would eliminate unnecessary bandwidth usage on weekends and other times.

  18. Hide doublets, by selecting fields in wiews or datapages would be nice.

    If i want to find some unique fields in a table or a wiew I have to export
    to excel, take away doublets and import again.

  19. Record Level Security

    Record Level Security and/or function. I would love to be able to have some users view all records while others are restricted to their own. IE, for Record Level Security have a "Manager" be able to view all, while a standard user can only view their own records for a datapage report.

  20. In Logic tab there should be dynamic comparison at right hand site

    In Search and Report wizard or in creating views at right hand site there is option of putting values which happens to be fixed. But like other database there should be option of selecting value dynamically either by query from tables or by variables as right hand side value for comparison. Also there should be option for "in" or similar operator to match all or any value from the list
