Hide html blocks using rules

It would be nice that HTML Blocks inside Datapages could be hidden by using rules.

For example, I use "<a href="#">My Link</a>" in the HTML Block but I want it to show only when cretain fields are not blank or any other criteria I might need.

    You can hide the section, have you tried putting the HTML field in its own section and using a rule for that section?
