Union Views/Queries
It would be valuable to be able to use a union query to combine multiple queries into a single result. For example, suppose your database has two unrelated tables where one stores customer data and another stores data about suppliers – and both tables have a contact information field. You’d like to see the contact information from both tables in one view. We cannot do this today in Capsio like we can in SQL Server or even MS Access. barcode generator
I think it will be a great idea if we can generate barcode,QR code, and RFID code generator to the table by combining desired fields by using formula. This feature can generate new customers like manufactures, who uses this feature for inventory control database just by scanning the said barcode,QR code and RFID code to the database created using caspio.

Integrate SAML auth and Caspio Auth
If a user authenticates through SAML Auth, they should have access to datapages that are tied to Caspio Auth. This way a given application can support some users coming in through SSO and some users coming in through manual login.

Add NavBar Menu datapage
Currently we are using an HTML datapage to add a navbar menu on every webpage. The reason for this is to not duplicate code and have the ability to dynamically change the menu with different user authentications. Unfortunately, we cannot authenticate the navbar menu differently than the datapage on the webpage, so we had to resort to authenticating all datapages the same and re-direct the user manually if their authentication doesn't match.
It would be really convenient to have a navbar menu datapage that you could add menu buttons, drop downs, etc. And assign URL's to the buttons for redirecting.…11 votes -
Remove the limit of 20 series for a stacked bar or column chart when data source is dynamic series
The limit of 20 series for a stacked bar/column chart is causing misrepresentation of a results data-set when using a combined chart & report.
Currently when a dynamic series stacked chart reaches the 21st or above series, then the results page displays the row, but the graph completely omits the data. This means the graph is misrepresenting the dataset !
I consider this to be a bug (not a 'feature' of Caspio as support have claimed ! ) - if you are combining a report and graph then the results should always represent the same dataset.

Timestamps should automatically adjust to the time zone of the person viewing the app at that time.
Example: If user1 in California sends a message at 8:00 am to user 2 in Texas, user2 should see that time stamp recorded as 10:00am.
If there is already a way to do this, please let me know.

Add WACG 2.0 Accessibility Guidelines to your program
Given the proliferation of lawsuits regarding Accessibility of websites based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines, I strongly encourage you to comply with these guidelines. Companies want their website to be accessible to all and want to avoid potential legal ramifications, therefore it is something that more companies are looking for and requiring of their website partners.

Allow me to close or move the "Live Help" box
While having the "Live Help" box directly inside Caspio Bridge is fantastic, it is in an inconvenient location. The It is right over the scroll bar and can be in the way if trying to move around a table. If there was an option to close it or move it to a different part of the screen that would be great.
Same thing if it's moved to a bubble, it covers the scroll arrows in the corner.

Give Calendar Report the ability to span a single event over multiple days
Can we please give the Calendar Report the ability to span a single event over multiple days? For example, if I am hosting an event from April 4th - April 6th, the Calendar will only display either the Start Date or the End Date. The calendar would be much more useful, and much more accurate, if the event was listed through April 4th, 5th and 6th. This would also give a much cleaner picture, and allow businesses a more accurate reporting when it comes to event/meeting dates.

Dynamically change chart colours
Currently we have a bar chart that displays all the records in various status'. We would like to colour all "New" items as blue, "In Progress" as orange, etc. But, we can only pre-define colours in order. So if there are no "New" records, then "In Progress" will show up as blue because it is the first column.

Increase the storage of the free plan data by 250 MB
I suggest if you could increase the storage space of approximately 250 MB of free data plan so you can not change the plan to those who can not afford it. This is just a small addition of memory.

Upgrade from OpenID 2.0 to OpenID Connect
OpenID 2.0 has been replaced by OpenID Connect (see http://openid.net/connect/). OpenID providers such as Google and Microsoft require the new OpenID Connect standard.

Add update function to Zapier API
Currently can use a Zap to add a record. Would be nice to be able to update existing records with a return code of success or failure. Other functions like GET to query data before update is nice but not absolutely necessary.

Auto generate, name and save PDF
Need a feature to auto generate a copy of caspio form with content upon pressing submit button by user.
The auto generated PDF file should be auto named using a selection of fields from the app table - such as ID,Name, Ref No, Date, etc
The feature should allow saving of the PDF in a caspio table for the Datapage or external to a local PC or a online document store pointed by URL

Could you make a format option within the "Display options" that says "Phone" or "Mobile Format" and allows the leading Zero to be displayed (it currently doesn't work that way). This would then allow users to click on the phone number from their mobile and it would dial automatically.

Dynamically assign the destination email address of scheduled task(export)
currently, for automated scheduled task, we have specify email address in the text area.
instead , it could be better if we can set the destination email address from data base fields.
for example, we need to send a email to user that do not enter value to the table for last 7 days.
the user need to fetch from the table on condition like in criteria view ,

Allow rules for Lists
Allow rules on Lists. I need a multi-select list box which is only available via the Lists in the table. If I need to hide something based on the list selection I cannot do this.

Allow the display of a list-string data type to be used/displayed as a field in a DataPage
Other field types can be displayed in a DataPage but not list-strings.
