  1. Each APP on a purchased plan should have the feature of being pass-worded.

    If a plan has the feature of allowing 3 developers at a time, it would be a good idea to be able to limit the ability of a developer to access all created APPs. A particular developer could therefore be restricted to those APPs for which he has the password to.

  2. Enable Destination Options on Datapages with no details page

    Currently, when creating a Datapage type Reports / Tabular used for updating records unless the details page is enabled "Destination Options" isn't available on the "Destination and Messaging Options" section of the setup wizard. It would be useful to have this enabled when there is no details page too, so that the we can have the option to open another page on update and pass parameters to it too.

  3. Formula Field Width

    Increase the size of formula fields from 255 characters to at minimum 1,000 or greater. Some applications require generating a unique id from concatenated fields that exceed the current 255 characters limit.

  6. Convert View to Table

    There have been a few instances I've ran into where it would be helpful to be able to convert a view to a table directly in Caspio rather than having to download the view and re-import it as a table.

  7. Fix your data type processing to accept blank as a numeric 0 for numeric fields. Add more excel functions like "isodd"

    Your data typing rejects blank in numeric fields as alpha. WRONG, should be 0.
    You need a more complete representation of EXCEL functions. Like ISODD

  10. Is there a way to be able to send a single message to multiple results

    Just to start I am very new to this! So a gopd place to start with the example database that is preloaded on my Caspio, (the surgeon one) and also the you tube video for the doctors database linked to word press. On this can I say that it's a fantastic guide for some new to this.

    I would like to give users the option to carry out a search and have a list of possible results that they can contact (in the video guide it would be doctors). Is there a way that the user could select suitable candidates…

  13. Ability to programatically modify Application Parameters inside Caspio application

    Since the purpose of Application Parameters is to hold "application wide" parameters we should have the ability to set application parameters inside the application itself. This request is an expansion on the following IdeaBox request (http://ideabox.caspio.com/forums/164206-caspio-bridge/suggestions/34038961-include-app-parameters-in-api)

    A simple use case is to hold users specific "preferences" or other application level controls. You could use authentication parameters for preferences but simple access to them is not always possible.   14. Enable Forms To Expire

    It would be nice to have the ability to set a form to 'expire' or become unusable after a set amount of time. This would allow us to do things such as have trial accounts and offers, prevent unwanted submissions, and give additional security to our forms.

  15. On datapage, 'Configure the filtering criteria for each selected field', add option "In" to the Comparison Type dropdown.

    Adding the "In" option will allow for searching data that match the "OR" condition. This will be very useful for text search.

  16. Ability to use Calculated Fields in a Chart Datapage

    I would like to use a calculated value as the basis for a Chart Datapage. The only current option is to use a calculated field in my table and that could hurt performance. The other option is to somehow suppress the report in a report/chart datapage. Neither of those options is viable at present. Ideally the calculations would be in a Datapage. I don't want to risk performance on my site.

  17. Add the option to count words, rather than characters, in a text area.

    I have users that want to be able to count the number of words in a text area. Having the option to choose characters or words for the count would be helpful.

  20. Support Linux and Chrome OS

    Linux and Chrome OS have increasing shares of the desktop and laptop markets. Your System Requirements page doesn't mention support for either OS, and your login screen shows a "Browser not supported" message when it detects them. I think Caspio works properly in those environments, so I suggest you support them officially.
