I am having a serious problem with something basic that Caspio does not yet include and I find in many services like Google Doc forms.
I have a form in Caspio with some Radio Buttons fields, but unlike Google Docs I do not have the option for the user to enter a different value from the ones suggested, I think this is a basic thing in every form and I do not know why Caspio does not include this option.

Add 'Deployed URL' to Columns Displayed on Datapages View
Add 'Deployed URL' to the Columns Displayed on Datapages View.
This would give an easy way to see what URL is for each datapage, especially when I need to provide the link to a user.

Create a new datapage for logon forms. A user needs to be able to enter their ID and password, then Caspio sends them to a URL based on data
Almost every web site has a logon screen where a user inputs their logon ID and password. Caspio needs a new type of DataPage to easily create it.
The program then needs to be able to direct the user to the correct web page after looking up if they are an admin, manager, associate, and other criteria. The existing technology of views and authentification could be the building block.
I was surprised when your Chat help said I needed to build this myself with HTML code.

I was getting duplicate name for the column header in table design view
I think It was because I was swapping column headers with the same name and did not save in between each. the issue was that the first row for the first column would be the one highlighted in red. I nice feature would be to highlight the actual one.
Also for it not to dumb all your work and just not let you save it....because when you do, all the work goes away, as another suggestion.. I should be good now thank you!1 vote -
Add collaboration tools, like commenting, chat, and tagging people or categories.
Add collaboration tools, like commenting, chat, newsfeed, forum. The ability to tagging people or categories would also be helpful. Tools to create a stream of information being shared between coworkers related to the records.

Put the "Export" button at the top of the list of contents
Put the "Export" button at the top of the list of contents so the user don't have to scroll to the bottom to complete the process of exporting.

Allow authentification fields to be used as criteria when building views.
Views would be more productive if they could be filtered by fields used in the authentification look-up like the customer_id and department of the user.

Add ability to designate which groupings the aggregate fields should total rather than just first or all.
We currently have the option to show the aggregate totals on the first group or all groups. I have a need to exclude the totals from the first two groups on my report and just show it on the last group. The totals are wrong on the first two groups because the calculation is MAX(field) which works at the lowest level perfectly, but not higher. The request is to have a list of the fields that are grouped on the report and checkboxes to indicate which groups the aggregate should appear.

Provide Users with a standard option for working with List-String data elements.
In my case, I have designed a table with one of the fields defined as a List-String element. The List-String element is filled with Work Codes from production. A manager is provided a datapage where they can set to TRUE specific workcodes that an individual employee is certified to complete. In another datapage, I wish to fill a dropdown box with the names of those employees that are certified to complete TaskA.

Create a Cancel button for a Single Record Update
That will take a user to a filtered version of the Search and report page they just left instead of back to a refreshed version of the page. This is when HTML code is added to a search and report page to enable them to edit the uneditable part of a view.

RTF editor (html editor) Would be great to improve

Fix pie chart to display both data tip and label when "both" is selected
This only displays both when you hover over it, which doesn't work when you download a png or jpg file. I opened support ticket to get it fixed and they said to open it as an idea here.

Add Function to display a message in Triggered actions
It would be useful to be able to display a message when a triggered action runs and meets a certain condition.I could then inform the user of confirmation, actions required to rectify or warn them the other table did not update and why.

Identifying fields no longer in use
A way of identifying fields which are no longer in use in any data page so you know what can be safely deleted would make the system much easier to manage overall

exporting data from caspio - tables - does not indicate which application they are in. this would be helpful
When exporting data on tables from caspio - I am not able to determine which application that table is in. We have a production and a test application and the names are the same. It would be nice to have the app next to the table.

Reduce empty space in caspio datapage editor
Creating and editing caspio datapages can be made a lot more user friendly by making use of the freely available empty space.
Instead of cramming the editor and having to add scroll bars (both vertical and horizontal) I kindly suggest increasing the size of the editor instead.

I would suggest an undo button in the trigger development. It is easy to lose all work with one change.
When developing a trigger you may want to add a select or then realize you need to make a change. I would like the capability to undo to my last point. I can do that in sql server

White Label the logout link
For security and for marketing purposes, would be much nicer to be able to whitelabel the link

Suggestion for flexibility/consistency and ease of use
Increasing flexibility/consistency and ease of use by
1) Adding 'form element' (as in data page), to results page (instead of just calculation) the system would also look & feel more consistent
2) Most important enable 'hidden' option in 'form elements' to be in ADDITION to other choices e.g. so you could choose 'calculate' and 'hidden' together (really helpful for avoiding the Html to hide the column)1 vote
