Ajax posting of DataPage
so we don't have to exit and re-enter to view changes and make small adjustments. Would love to have been able to stay where I am, make a change, view the effects and then continue on. I've wasted hours re-entering Datapages to get right back where I was....scrolling down a list and re-opening .....

Allow copy, cut and paste of task/triggered action elements
You might build a task and find you wish to use it as a triggered action instead - or vice versa.
Currently you have to rebuild from scratch....where if you could copy and paste the different logic sections it would speed up the process

Allow editing across multiple Tables in View
Currently only one Table per View can be edited. This forces designers to create more DataPages then necessary to work around this shortfall. By allowing multiple Tables to be edited, designers could reduce the overall DataPage count.

Scheduled Reports via email
I would like to have scheduled emails for reports, so that a report can be emailed once every week/two weeks/three weeks/every month. Ideally this could be set up when creating a report within a datapage, that you could specify when the report would be emailed and to whom.
This is a feature available in low-end cloud based databases creators like Zoho Creator all the way to high end, like Salesforce.

Enable setting OnLoad value to Cascading Dropdown Form Element
I am developing an inventory application. In it I came across a requirement to allot part of the material required to be procured and part to be fulfilled from our stock. To lessen the steps that the end user will have to take selecting the item twice, once for each transaction I intended to reload the previously inserted item upon submittal of the record. Because my selection fields are cascading dropdowns I can't setup an On Load value to it. Other than that I think it will be a good idea cuz it will allow us to setup default values…

Auto-activation of users in Directories
In Directories, currently users can only be activated manually. It would be helpful if it were possible to automatically trigger an email with the activation link whenever a new entry is added to the user table.

More than one authentication option for datapages/fields - to have admins see across restricted authentication
Hi,
It would be great to have a way to pypass the authentication for certain pages and fields or perhaps have more than one type of authentication for each datapage/field. This would allow admin users to have the same access that other local (regular) users have without the need to create separate datapages to admin users. Thanks!

Allow for User/Authentication-based Datapage permissions - Edit / View Only
This HAS to be very simple to implement, and would prevent so much unnecessary work that is currently wasted on creating "duplicate" versions of websites / datapages that are editable and read only due to the lack of user-specific datapage permissions. All we want to do is control who can edit the datapages inline!

Mass Email
Give users the ability to select multiple records on the result page and send them all an email. When sending they can use a template driven from a table or type in their email. They should also have the ability to specify text or HTML.

Add Fields for TIME of Day or Hours/Minutes (HH:MM) without having to do a bunch of coding.
Would like to be able have codes for time of day (singularly) and hours or minutes -- all as separate fields. As it is exists today, one has to use Caspio's calendar function and go through a process to separate fields and use virtual fields. Must this REALLY be so complex to configure one field?

Timestamps should automatically adjust to the time zone of the person viewing the app at that time.
Example: If user1 in California sends a message at 8:00 am to user 2 in Texas, user2 should see that time stamp recorded as 10:00am.
If there is already a way to do this, please let me know.

Add analytics to report forms to track keywords used in search
It would be fantastic for us to track what keywords users are inputting when using our report search in order to determine what topics/issues are most important to our users and provide them with products (research, policies, innovations) based on those results.

Single Page Application capability where only content which requires updating/loading is loaded, and not the entire page
Single Page Application capability where only content which requires updating/loading is loaded, and not the entire web page (ie. no data reloaded redundantly/superfluously), thus achieving a native desktop user experience.

Describe Upload Errors
I sometimes receive errors while importing data to tables. The errors simply state how many records were imported and how many failed. It would be helpful if the reason for error as well as which records failed were displayed so you can correct the error and upload the records that failed. Attached is an error where 2 records failed with reason "failed to insert row." Knowing which rows is needed.

Many-to-Many Relationship
Caspio can only handle a "one-to-one" or a "one-to-many" relationship in a table field. As a result, creating a "many-to-many" relationship requires creating a third table.
Competing database programs (even those that are less developed than Caspio) allow a table field to easily hold references to multiple other entries in another table -- i.e. a native many-to-many field. (Webflow, Knack, Bubble are other ones I've looked at, and they all had it).
Increasingly, the world works in a "many-to-many" way. For example...
- A blog post will have many categories
- An article may have multiple authors
- An event…30 votes
