  1. Import & Replace full App without affecting table records

    We use multiple accounts for development, testing, and production. When we export an App from one account, we have the option of whether or not to include the data from the tables or just the tables themselves.

    When we import that App into another account and choose to Replace the app, we are not given any options about how to handle the tables and their data. If we exported with data, it will replace all the existing data. If we exported without data, it will empty out the tables completely.

  5. Lookup Dropdown

    When you use relationships, you can use a dropdown and select the value to show and the real value writing on the tables which is good but when working with a lot of data, we might need to see more than 2 display fields to match the option we are looking for. For example, if I have a Doctors list, chances are that I have the same doctor's name for more than 1 record, it'd be good if besides the doctor's name as displayed value, we could also have the address field.   10. Allow empty value (null, or no choice) when picking from a select list for a field acting as a foreign key in DataPage view

    In datasheet view for a table you have a choice of no-value, or null, or empty for a field acting as a foreign key in a one-many relationship with data-integrity enforced. This is as expected. However, I am unable to replicate this behaviour in a datapage with the lookup table. If you try then you get a data integrity error

    Ability to create a datapage for App users to import data into tables without using a scheduled task or having to log into caspio. App users can add data manually; why not have the ability for admin level users to import directly into the tables?

  13. Have the option to not have the delete confirmation box appear when a user tries to delete records.

    Skipping the Delete Confirmation box when a user tries to delete records. They should be able to delete a record without a confirmation. The pop up box isn't even mobile friendly and hides in the I-Frame! Very sloppy interface here!

  14. Improving User Roles and Permissions on Bridge Accounts

    The User Roles in the Bridge Account need to be updated to seperate user roles and access to tasks within the Admin console. eg: Import/Export and Scheduled tasks should have there own user group as well as adding users. These tasks need to have seperate selection under the user/permissions access so specific user groups can be assigned to these features without compromising development access.
    In Corporate Organisations roles between development, tasks and user management are segragated duties.

  15. Ajax posting of DataPage

    so we don't have to exit and re-enter to view changes and make small adjustments. Would love to have been able to stay where I am, make a change, view the effects and then continue on. I've wasted hours re-entering Datapages to get right back where I was....scrolling down a list and re-opening .....

  16. Option for printing Table design in Caspio console

    For having printout and system documentation , a table structure is mandatory. I wonder what such a simple option is not in the system,
    The user should be able to print the table design/structure simply, and directly from Caspio , not by exporting to Excel first.

  20. Date formats

    In Australia (where I live) the usual date format is dd/mm/yyyy. In the US it is usually mm/dd/yyyy.
    I appreciate there are localisation options, but when selecting date as a field type, there aren't.
    Can the default be the international - yyyy/mm/dd
    At least then that column will sort correctly and display in date order.
