CAN'T CHANGE CASPIO URL????
I can't believe that basic functionality has to be voted upon and is called a "feature".
I was following instructions I found trying to get a feature on the Map mashups. It referred to having the Caspio URL set. I found where to do this. There WAS NO WARNING that this was permanent and could not be changed and would be critical element in the upcoming releases. I put in a test to see if I could get the map mashup function to work. It didn't.

I would like to have the ability to schedule an export of an entire app to an XML file into a specific folder for source control purposes.
Right now you can only export tables and views via Scheduled Tasks. If I could schedule an export of an entire app into my Git repository it would make source control and release management much easier and we could do merges in VSTS as well.

Better analytics dashboard
It would really be nice to be able to see visits/views/data transfer per data page in our usage report.

Apply & Stay Button in DataPage Wizard
I wish I could just hit an 'apply' button without having to refresh the page and go back to bridge. We have many datapages that are embedded therefore the preview button does not work and I'd like to be able to review changes to datapages without going back and forth between the bridge with small changes.
There was another request on here from 2014, but it is not currently an option in the wizard.

In the Admin Console DataPage Editor, Label Required Fields with an Asterisk
I think this would be easy, as it's just a display change...
An Asterisk next to a DataPage Element that is set to "Required" would be a nice time saver when working with large DataPages.

Navigation issues in admin interface: Direct link to the edit field in wiews and tables from
I propose a link inside the edit datapage directed to the datapage source.
If the source is a wiew links to the relevant tables as an option.

Make it easy to find deployed DataPages
On the Usage and Billing screen, I can see how many DataPages I have deployed (e.g. 34 of 50). But there's no easy way for me to see what pages those are. I have 105 DataPages total, as shown in All Assets. To find out which 34 of 105 DataPages are deployed, I have to open each folder within the Apps and then I can sort by the Deployed column to see what's been deployed. There ought to be a view of deployed DataPages across all Apps/Folders.

Import & Replace full App without affecting table records
We use multiple accounts for development, testing, and production. When we export an App from one account, we have the option of whether or not to include the data from the tables or just the tables themselves.
When we import that App into another account and choose to Replace the app, we are not given any options about how to handle the tables and their data. If we exported with data, it will replace all the existing data. If we exported without data, it will empty out the tables completely.

Include a copy of the last few Scheduled Exports in the history
Our scheduled task exports the last day's worth of data from about a dozen views. When someone screws up a file from several days back and needs a new copy it is tricky to re-create it.
I would like to be able to download a copy of recent exports from the Scheduled Task History page. 3-7 days' worth would be plenty, as the issue is most likely to happen with files from the weekend.

Let the Web Form Wizard expand and contract
It would be great if the entire Web Form Wizard would scale to fit the size of the user's browser window. I can't see why it shouldn't be able to expand and contract as necessary. I constantly have to scroll to see things, when only a quarter of my browser window is being utilized.

Code editing
I have finally given up on creating javascript and HTML code directly to the code editor window (CodeWindow.jpg). There is obviously no code error-checking, which is inconvenient but I think that would be difficult to feature (idk...). However, can we not have a monospace font that is standard of (all?) code editors out there? (ActualCode_Editor.jpg) And why can't the size of the code window be made bigger?

Add a dark palette option for administration
A modest request. Would it be possible to add a dark palette option to caspio? The ultrabright light palette can be tough to look at for 8 hours a day (as I often do) designing things. This could be something a user could select from their profile page - e.g. admin color palette.

Allow us to customize the data usage notifications
I wish Caspio was like Comcast – I get all manner of notification as I approach my data transfer limit.
I would like to choose when I get the notifications based on percentage used.

Improving User Roles and Permissions on Bridge Accounts
The User Roles in the Bridge Account need to be updated to seperate user roles and access to tasks within the Admin console. eg: Import/Export and Scheduled tasks should have there own user group as well as adding users. These tasks need to have seperate selection under the user/permissions access so specific user groups can be assigned to these features without compromising development access.
In Corporate Organisations roles between development, tasks and user management are segragated duties.11 votes -
Add import progress indicator to top menu or side menu of admin
I'd like to see a small bar progress ticker for import jobs. It doesn't have to update in realtime - just on load would be fine.
If it could include an estimate of time remaining that would be great, but I'd just like a notice somewhere saying that an import is in progress. Otherwise, if I lose track in the middle of a complex job an I start another import and then get the error messages which wastes time.

Wider scroll windows for element in DataPage results/details
Really frustrating with longer field, table, view names in an extremely narrow scroll window where I can't see the short items in the list and the ending of the fieldnames which only vary at the end. have to horizontally scroll and vertically scroll all the time when I've got a huge display and plenty of room to expand. More space or expandable or user configuration boxes and frames....you can set the min-width, let me set the max-width or width so setting up a Datapage is not in a tiny frame

Ajax posting of DataPage
so we don't have to exit and re-enter to view changes and make small adjustments. Would love to have been able to stay where I am, make a change, view the effects and then continue on. I've wasted hours re-entering Datapages to get right back where I was....scrolling down a list and re-opening .....

Scheduled Tasks to include Exporting an App XML File (APP BACKUP)
Scheduled backups of our app would be wonderful!!
Currently we can only use Scheduled Tasks to export Tables and Views.
This means any new tables you add to your app after your create your Scheduled Task will have to manually be added to your Scheduled Backup. It also means no DATA PAGES are backed up.
I would use this feature every day.
