Create Masking of Tables for Root Admin Users
For Main tables with informations:
Create Masking function to display !@#$$% characters on selection of key rows in data tables - which requires a authentication key to be placed by the admin to un mask information to its actual state
1 - Further enable a notification email function to a senoir POC whenever this function is performed
2 - Create user log tracking when this is done

Add Multiple SMS Sending ID's
I would like to be able to add SMS sender ID's to multiple applciations within caspio accout. We can currently only add one globally in account settings.

Link triggered actions to permissions
Permissions allow to limit the apps, tables, data pages, etc. that a user can access, edit or delete. However, in the case of Triggered Actions, only users with an Administrator role can create or edit them. By design, Administrators get full access to all the apps in an account. In consequence, only users with Full Access to everything can create or edit triggered actions. It would be desirable to link Triggered Actions to Permissions too, so Owners or Administrators can determine who can create or edit Triggered Actions in each app they own.

Move 'Delete' option found under each listed app in My Apps (Home) screen instead under 'More' drop-down
It is unnerving to have the 'Delete' link so easy to accidentally click and then delete a whole application. At least if it was under the 'More' link, it is not as easy to accidentally click.

Allow SAML SSO on the Caspio Bridge accounts
The current access for the administrators to the Bridge is actually less secure than the app users because SAML SSO is not an option. Allow SAML SSO on the administrators accounts to reduce the risk of breach.

Give the online support techs the ability to view your desktop remotely
When using online support, it would be really helpful if the people you were chatting with could remotely view your screen. Would immensely speed up support times when you don't have to type in lengthy explanations of what you are trying to describe....

Add Year to Scheduled Task Frequency
Add year to scheduled task frequency so that end of year application updates can be automated, such as adding a new year to a table for dropdown field using scheduled tasks, or performing other data updates based on end of year logic. Current scheduled task settings frequency only goes as high as a month.

Personalize Bridge as in Savings to Bridge Set-up stay for next use/log in (AppKey)
Currently one can show the AppKey information by clicking on the "Setting" icon in last column to see a list of possible columns, Select AppKey and click Save.
When your session ends or ended for you, the next time you open Bridge you have to go though the same step to visualize the AppKey.

multiple select autocomplete
I've had the issue that some of my lists on my multiple select options are really long and its hard for the user to be searching the answers they want, it would be easier if they could filter the answers by writing what they are looking for

Scheduled Exports Date Formatting
Allow for the formatting of the date that can be appended to a scheduled export. Now the date is Aug-1-2020, it should allow for the date to be 08-01-2020.

Please consider moving Caspio Support Button to left side of screen
Please consider moving Caspio Support Button to left side of screen. It makes navigation very difficult when working in triggered actions and trying to scroll close to the Support Button.

Email log for emails sent with triggered actions
It would be very helpful if we could see a historical log of emails sent out from our account using triggered actions or even scheduled tasks. Ideally, there would just be one email log and would be filterable based on source (i.e. Triggered Action, Task, Scheduled Task, or DataPage -- I may be missing others) and other related fields like date sent, recipient, reply-to address, from, etc.

Ability to view user logs by DataPage so a user activity can be tracked.
Once a user logs in, I would like to see DataPages he/she visited, and time he/she spent on each page. Currently there is no option to search user logs by DataPages or activity.

Create 'self-sufficient' copy of an app
At the moment when you copy 'duplicate' an app from the admin panel it creates a copy of the app and updates the table names with "1". However, the triggers are not updated. This leads to the dangerous situation that a user could be modifying a copy of an app, but actually impacting their original data. I'd like to suggest that users are given the option to create a 'self-sufficient' app that updates all the references and triggers within the app to use the copied data instead of the original data. Application Parameters In TASKS
It would be great to be able to use Application Paramters in TASKS.
For instance, we will want to generate reports on a pre-set basis (e.g. daily, weekly, etc) to be sent from a particular email that's used application-wide and to another particular email that's used application-wide. FromEmail and SendReportsToEmail would be the application parameters.
But when I try to put the application parameters into the task input fields, they won't validate. I can use them in DataPages, e.g. for password recovery and submission acknowledgements. Very frustrating to not be able to use them in tasks as well.

All included in a wiew, new fields included in a table included by default.

When you add new fields to a table, you then go back to the datapage that was created from a wiew, annoying to dig in to the datapage and find that you have to update the wiew first. I forget it all the time and spend hours wasted. If I choose all included in a wiew new fields should be included by default. Please fix it!

Multiple email addresses in an app parameter
We should be able to list several email addresses in a single app parameter.
Use case, for example: I have several datapages that send a notification email on update to the same group of people. However, I currently need to list each individual email as an app parameter.

Clickable links when showing conflicts on a change with dependencies
When there are dependencies blocking a change. Have the list of conflicts be clickable links so you do not have to go back and forth on all conflicts. Just open a new tab to quickly make changes.
