Let the Web Form Wizard expand and contract

It would be great if the entire Web Form Wizard would scale to fit the size of the user's browser window. I can't see why it shouldn't be able to expand and contract as necessary. I constantly have to scroll to see things, when only a quarter of my browser window is being utilized.

    Another. Planned over 2 years ago with no movement whatsoever. What a waste of time writing these ideas out.
