  1. Add Responsiveness to Flex for Better Mobile Display

    Flex currently does not display well on mobile. Adding responsiveness to allow for better mobile display would be very helpful.

  3. Global Flex DataParts for Embedded Flex Pages

    Currently, when using the deployed Flex app URL, the Flex Header and Footer behave as global elements across all pages. However, when Flex pages are embedded into an external website, these global header/footer elements are excluded. If a user wants to create their own header, menu, or custom styling, this will require each embedded page to redundantly include its own header/menu logic. If using Custom CSS, flex requires dataparts containing this CSS to be present in each page if embedding into an external website. This consumes an excessive amount of DataParts and is inefficient.

  6. Please allow a datapage to be saved without closing it

    I know a datapage can be previewed but most of the time it needs to be viewed on a live site to see if it is formatting correctly. It would save sooo much time if I didn't have to keep reopening the datapage and navigating to the right section every time I wanted to see the result of changes. It is very frustrating!

  8. Multiple Tables in a Datapage !!

    Why datapages are limited to a single table? View's do not provide multiple editing, and do not help. To keep our tables 'Normalized' sometimes we need to us multiple tables to keep the size down, however there is no way of accessing multiple tables inside a single datapage for editing purposes. Relationships do not accomplish this either.

  9. Flex: Default value in search form

    It would be very nice to be able to have calculated fields in a Flex search form as well as having the option to select the default value for e.g. Dropdown and Checkbox fields. At the moment a Dropdown defaults to empty and a checbox field to checked.

    Datapage element have the capability to control what alphanumierc that the text box accepts.
    Ex. It only accept all uppercase/auto uppercase, number only and customer like it only accept certain special characters.
    applies to insert record, bulkedit, and inlineedit

  12. Caspio chatbot datapage

    Hey caspio! I love the chatGPT integration - very cool. Keep going with the AI push. We'd love to see a caspio AI chatbot datapage that has built in access to caspio tables. This would allow users to make a chatbot datapage within caspio that has native access to caspio tables. We're looking into this now with zapier and other tools but we end up needing to copy our caspio data out to other tables for that chatbot access... Let's keep it all in caspio!

  13. Allow a Chart & Tabular report to show distinct values in the Tabular section

    When I create a Tabular Report, I can choose to only use "Show Distinct Records Only". However, when I make a Chart & Tabular report, this option is not available. Please make this possible.

  14. Calculated field debug

    It would be nice to have a debugger like the Excel #Evaluate Formula where you could follow a calculated fields step by step to figure out where you made a mistake. That would save the support team a lot of time :)

  16. Enable easier formatting of specific fields and labels in a data page

    I end up spending a LOT of time on workarounds just to get my fields and labels formatted correctly. One of the most frustrating things is that even when utilizing sections and columns in a details page or form, for example, I have to do weird workarounds. I use styles, but it still takes a ton of time to go back and edit the styles, inspect elements for the id of a specific field, edit again, etc. I would really like more formatting options within the data page field settings, that actually work (for example, the 'width' setting often doesn't…

  17. Allowing grouping by unique IDs

    This may not sound necessary as they are unique per table but when that table is part of a view with relationships the values are repeated.

    Also allow grouping by formula fields.

  18. Interactive DataPage Builder

    DataPage customization is currently not very user-friendly, requiring CSS for simple things like element alignment. The learning curve would drop significantly if elements could be dragged around, resized by handles, that sort of thing. Think WordPress.

  19. Fix virtual fields on popups

    When you have virtual fields loaded in a popup which have the same number as one on the main page they confuse each other.

    For example if you add a calculate field which refers to virtual1 in the popup but there is also a vitual1 on the main page it takes the value from the main page.

    You actually have to add more virtual fields until you get one with a unique number. IT took me ages to figure out what was going on as if you load it in preview it works.

  20. Dynamic redirection when user updates tabular report data

    Redirect users based on the user role authentication after tabular report data is updated via bulk and inline edit (or enable popup window containing HTML input so we can provide such dynamic links to users).
