Make the document generating feature a standard feature for available for all pricing plans
It is absurd that the PDF or document generating feature is only available for some pricing plans. its like a laptop without MS Office. Certain features should never be add-ons. They should come as a standard feature and Document generation is definitely one of them.

Stop ignoring the IdeaBox and actually USE your own functionality you created us to comment on!
Either start using and implementing the ideas here or remove the IdeaBox entirely if you are just going to ignore it.

However, not all ideas can be addressed since they are prioritized based on different factors. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Caspio Support if you have a particular feature request you’d like to discuss further. Unfortunately, we declined this feedback on the Caspio ideabox since it is not a feature request.

Data Page type Report: Display Search Form above the results option
Charts are no longer display recently which previously was not an issue. I believe it is a bug.

Caspio to actually use the ideabox
Caspio Ideabox is a place that Support often redirects users to when something isn't standard in Caspio. However, I fail to observe any of these ideas actually being used or thought of. There are 74 new ideas with no action/comment/anything done to them. The last time an Idea was acknowledged was in May of 2019.
The majority of Ideas in the 'Planned' status have been that way for over 2 years.
There is no where to voice your opinion except for this page, where it obviously will just get ignored. Please introduce a better workflow.

Create a book or manual to be given out for free and eventually get published for quick guides and tutorials so we can get a jumpstart

allow more than 5 DP's in Explorer level
allow PDF reports to be generated at Explorer level. It's important, but not worth $110 more just to get that feature.

Include App Parameters in API
It would be useful to be able to control the App Parameters through the API.

Trigger - Allow more than one trigger for each action
At the moment, if you are using the trigger beta, you are only allowed to set one action for each trigger (Insert, Update and Delete). Please allow us to have the option to set up multiple triggers for "insert" for example
1 voteThank you for feedback. You can setup many Triggered Actions in an “Insert” event. The Triggered Actions will be executed in the order that they were placed. If there is a particular use case that you need to setup each Triggered Action separately. Please submit your idea and use case to us.

Increase the storage of the free plan data by 250 MB
I suggest if you could increase the storage space of approximately 250 MB of free data plan so you can not change the plan to those who can not afford it. This is just a small addition of memory.

Pre-POST ping for Zapier
It would be great if we could GET data from a table before POSTing using the Zapier Integration.
This would allow Zapier to work with tables that can't use Autonumber for their Primary key.
i.e.
GET tableName.primaryKey.max

Offline mode
Allow users to enter data when internet connection is not available, especially for those user working in the field remote locations collecting data, so the data can be temporarily stored in local drive and then synced to the database when there are back online.

Add day of week to scheduled task options.
Many clients do not wish for updates on weekends

ability to import a whole application of MS Access and not just tables and relationships
Many of us have been access developers before bumping into Caspio, the ability to convert or import the whole application created on MS Access into Caspio would make the world easier and not just tables and relationships

Soap API should include to check WSDL url in account services profile if incorrect account name error shown.
The WSDL url is dynamic, so the API you are calling against may not match the API in your web services profile. When calling against an incorrect WSDL url, only "Incorrect account name." message is given, even if credentials are correct. It may be helpful to add, "Please double check the WSDL URL in your account profile as well as your account name, profile name and password."

ms access and caspio server syncronization
Is that possible to link Caspio tables to an existing MS Access database?
Caspio will be a back-end database that contains the data tables, whereas access will be a front-end database that contains all the other database objects such as queries, forms, and reports.5 votesYou can use Caspio plugin for Microsoft Office http://howto.caspio.com/integration/plugin-for-microsoft-office/ to download the data from tables in your Caspio account to your Access database but not the other way around. This idea is now closed and if the suggestion above does not meet your need. Please submit a new idea with your specific use case.

Add Prefix to all Table values
Currently a prefix can only be added to Prefixed Autonumber and Random ID. But, it would be nice to set a prefix on a table or view column.
So, if the datatype is integer, the user is required to add an integer to the form. But when it is viewed through a datapage, it would display a prefix leading the integer. Example: B001, B002, ..., B0028. Where "B00" is the prefix.3 votesThank you for the idea. To add a prefix to any field in the table, you can create a Formula Field to concatenate the prefix with an integer value and display the field in the DataPages.
