  3. Show Account usage statistics without logging on Caspio bridge

    If I just want to view my usage statistics, I have to log into Caspio bridge. When I do this, all my datapages/tables etc are loaded which consumes valuable bandwidth. If all I wanted to do was check my usage stats there should be an easy way to do this. Maybe provide it under the Support account (https://support.caspio.com)

    Due to security reason, we can’t show your account usage without your authorization. Regarding to your bandwidth concern, most activities in your Bridge account will not count toward your monthly data transfer so you can check your usage stat without incurring any additional data transfer.

  4. Offline mode

    Allow users to enter data when internet connection is not available, especially for those user working in the field remote locations collecting data, so the data can be temporarily stored in local drive and then synced to the database when there are back online.

  8. allow rollover of unused monthly data transfer allowance

    For users who consistently remain within their data transfer allowance but, occasionally, a limited rollover of unused bandwidth would provide a bit of a buffer for those occasions. The rollover could be limited in terms of total bandwidth accumulated or by time period so as to not undermine your service pricing structure.

  9. ms access and caspio server syncronization

    Is that possible to link Caspio tables to an existing MS Access database?
    Caspio will be a back-end database that contains the data tables, whereas access will be a front-end database that contains all the other database objects such as queries, forms, and reports.

  10. Enable default Lookup Fields / Rules for specific Table columns

    We have a complex set of Lookups for our Datapage Elements. This is a lot of manual work to replicate these settings across different DataPages.

    It would be nice to set default parameters for each of the Table column fields..

  11. Allow SAML integration for Business tier or as an add-on.

    Allow SAML integration to OneLogin, Okta, PingOne, and Auth0 (Auth0 in particular) for Business tier or as an extra $ add-on (like Knack). This provides smaller/young setups with more robust social network login, tracking, reporting - and best of all, two factor authentication capabilities and separation of duties for auth service. Smaller setups want this for user login flexibility and robust security best practice without having to go to Corporate $$ level.

  13. Increase the storage of the free plan data by 250 MB

    I suggest if you could increase the storage space of approximately 250 MB of free data plan so you can not change the plan to those who can not afford it. This is just a small addition of memory.

  14. Mac Address Book integration

    Lots of us use macs and iPhones. The big problem with relying on Caspio for website customer interaction is that it doesn't integrate both ways with AB on iCloud. The result is that we end up with two broken coordinated databases.

    The votes are monthly allocation. We believe it helps us prioritize better as users are required to consider which features are most important to them. Thanks for your ideas.

  16. Add Prefix to all Table values

    Currently a prefix can only be added to Prefixed Autonumber and Random ID. But, it would be nice to set a prefix on a table or view column.
    So, if the datatype is integer, the user is required to add an integer to the form. But when it is viewed through a datapage, it would display a prefix leading the integer. Example: B001, B002, ..., B0028. Where "B00" is the prefix.

    Thank you for the idea. To add a prefix to any field in the table, you can create a Formula Field to concatenate the prefix with an integer value and display the field in the DataPages. In your example, the formula will be ‘B00’ + CONVERT. More information about the formula field can be found at http://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/data-types/formula-fields/.
    This idea is now closed and if the suggestion above does not meet your need. Please open another idea with your specific use case.

  17. Allow the user to uncheck all radio buttons in the set

    When the user selects one of the options in a radio button element, he can no longer disable both. Our user needs to leave the choices in a radio button set blank.

    Introduce a blank option and make it as default option so your users can select a value or leave it blank. Unlike checkbox, one of the radio buttons must be checked.

    It would be good to reference report fields and calculations to utilise in Caspio's API.

    Thanks for your suggestion. This request is declined as DataPage report fields and calculations are part of apps, and similar logic can be built through the API.

  19. ability to import a whole application of MS Access and not just tables and relationships

    Many of us have been access developers before bumping into Caspio, the ability to convert or import the whole application created on MS Access into Caspio would make the world easier and not just tables and relationships
