  1. Need to access password field in triggered action to filter if blank/not blank

    You make it impossible for us to determine if a customer activates his/her registration. Cannot filter on unblank password fields in triggered actions. Can't set a yes/no hidden field in password reset datapage (see other suggestion just added). Need these fields opened up!

  2. Password Reset Page - Allow Yes/No Fields

    Trying to workaround your restrictions to identify when customer activates registration. Trying to have person click on yes/no field that he/she has read Terms and accepts. but you don't allow yes/no fields in password reset datapage. Please open up your restrictions on these field types.

  4. Pass a file as parameter to a new data page

    It would be nice if we could pass a file as parameter (http://url?file=filename.txt) to another data page and assign that value to a field in the data page to save it in another table.

  5. Increase the size capacity for a scheduled export. I don't mind paying more for this service. I need to back up twice per day

    Please increase the 50MB limit on automatic scheduled exports. I need to export my database and my app twice per day. I don't mind paying extra for this service.

  7. Ability to update or submit multiple records to different tables from a single form.

    Data normalization is important for flexible databases. The ability to update or submit multiple records would allow more sophisticated normalization. We need, for example, to store several types of firms in separate tables and use addresses for individuals as well as firms. Without the ability to update or submit multiple tables to different tables from a single form, we will not be able to use Caspio for our project.

  10. Developers ability to configure Tasks

    At present - only Administrators can configure Tasks. Administrators provide a credit card to pay Caspio. Developers configure systems. This Permission conundrum makes it very difficult to configure complicated Tasks as the Administrator has management skills - not technical skills. All technical configuration should be available to developers

  15. User name and creation/update date should be shown in the Home Page window

    We are constantly trying to figure out who created and/or last updated a table, form or datapage. Can this info be shown in the main Home page window columns shown?

  16. Make More Intuitive File Downloading

    The file download capability is very limited. There's no sorting options, the sizes aren't consistent, and you can't download more than 1GB at a time. Me and several others have to spend enormous amounts of time downloading data to give to clients when they need it.

  17. Register as a user (submit page) >> Report

    users should be able to go to a report page directly from a submit page (registration) without have to re-enter their username and password. Right now, if you use a "Password" field for password (as opposed to text) you cannot pass it as a parameter which means the new person who registered has to re-enter their login info. THIS LEADS TO HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE AT THE VERY BEGINNING

  18. All included in a wiew, new fields included in a table included by default.

    See topic above.

    When you add new fields to a table, you then go back to the datapage that was created from a wiew, annoying to dig in to the datapage and find that you have to update the wiew first. I forget it all the time and spend hours wasted. If I choose all included in a wiew new fields should be included by default. Please fix it!
