I have an application that sends emails and want a report of which ones bounced, were opened, or not,
I used to use Qualtrics to send surveys to my team sites across the U.S. and Qualtrics generated a report that told me which ones bounced, were opened, or ignored. Now I use Caspio and pull lists from my tables to send emails out, using a caspio application. The record of which ones bounced is CRUCIAL for me to maintain communication with Leaders of my sites. PLEASE design one, or tell me a work-around- I am left hanging, not knowing who did or did not recieve my communication.

Allow multiple defaults in list box used for searching
Allow for multiple defaults to be selected when a list box is used for searching. In the attached example, it would be helpful for both "Planning" and "Submitted" could be defaulted when searching for records. (Note: User can manually select multiple values, but it would be a nice feature if the system could do it.)

Need notifications for "failed" scheduled tasks.
I had a very important scheduled task in a app that ran fine every day - then one day it failed for no apparent reason. I was not made aware of the failure and that caused us problems.
Seems logical if a scheduled task fails there should be a notification someplace - email, or message, or something - only way to see a fail is to open every task and look at history on each one

Allow Display-only fields to be used in Rule Criteria
On DataPages, Display-only fields are not included in the Rules drop-down for specifying criteria. Caspio currently supports only standard, editable fields in rule criteria. (Note that calculated fields and virtual fields ARE also included in the drop-down list and can be used for rule criteria.)
This is a very restrictive limitation. There are many use cases where one might want to include a Display-only field in the rule criteria. These conditions should NOT be limited to editable fields.
As a work-around, I added a virtual/calculated field and assigned it the value of an existing Display-only field, then wrote my rule…

TIME Feature not just dates!!!!!!
The ability to pick time and not just a timestamp or a date in a calendar should be a basic thing to have, kindly look into this

Allow to embed datapage to an html datapage for flexibility.
Hope in future development for caspio bridge can allow to embed datapage to html datapage for more flexibility on doing layouts and custom design.

Expand field names to allow Arrays and enhance subsequent systems to use them
Currently field names are only directly useable if you know the name of them. When a table consists of a LOT of repeating fields, would be nice if we could address them in an ARRAY type of system...This a field of "GameName1" Could become "GameName[1]". Such a system would allow much easier Triggered Actions if we could make a FOR loop that could increment the field names to perform some task on multiple fields. This could also be very useful if JavaScript could access the fields in the same way, make coding scripts much faster on large sets of data.....

Add an atribute to the datapages properties so we can easily tell what datapages(s) is(are) calling one datapage
If I need to change an input parameter in a datapage I also need to do it in the calling datapage, and there is no easy way to find out what datapage is calling another one, so I think adding this relationship to the properties window will improve a lot the productivity

Make the way TASKS are written optional graphical or text based
Allow Task writing in text mode in stead of graphical blocks, so one can build an own library and copy past between tasks.

Count how many times List-String items Checked
If my list-string contains: (Apple-Tomato-Orange-Banana)
I need to make a report showing how many items are checked (sold) separately no matter if they were selected together or individually.
in the end, I will be able to have charts and tables that help my business to analyze the best-selling items.

Increase the Capacity of Tasks / Triggered Actions beyond 10,0000 Records
The fact that tasks / triggered actions are limited to 10,000 records is quite limiting. Isn't a benefit of a cloud-based solution that there is unlimited computing power? In my opinion, there's no reason why this isn't possible.

Greatly improve the SQL builder or integrate a more robust tool like RedGate or dbForge
The current query builder is so bad. The debugging provides no insight, and the UI is not predictive, color coated, or formatted in-line like SQL should be, etc. PLEASE improve the datapage query builder or integrate with a popular tool for easier query building. A simple text box is very difficult to work with..

Could the Stripe Payments functionality be upgraded to include Apple/Android pay? i.e. to allow users to pay with their phone using their phone and without having to enter their credit card details manually.

Calendar Parmameters
I would like the ability to have calendar date ranges be parameters that can be sent to other data pages.
For example I would like to filter the data that a chart is presenting by getting the dates that a weekly calendar is currently displaying. In other words use the calendar as a search parameter for startdate and enddate.

Provide clearer instructions on how to change styles to improve the look of datapages
It would be very useful to have some clear instructions on how to improve the look of datapages: something that highlights exactly what each datapage element does with cross-referencing screenshots, because this is not abundantly clear right now.
