  1. Enable folders for Tasks and Tables

    I use the folders in Data Pages a lot. I would love to be able to similarly organize my tables and tasks, for which there are many.

  2. User Log feature should be a Datapage

    The data stored in Bridge should be written into a Caspio Table so we can build a datapage to retrieve that information!

  3. Create an option with check boxes that would allow the search to return ANY if the box is not checked, and only TRUE if checked?

    I would like to create a search data page for businesses where users can check off amenities that they require, while leaving blank ones they are not concerned about. Currently, if a check box is left blank, it returns only results that do not match false. I hope this makes sense.

  4. Improve public error messages for "Service unavailable, DataPage not deployed, etc."

    Suggested by George Peacock on Caspio's blog: Remove the service outage advertising page from displaying when service unavailable as this confuses our users and makes app much less suitable for some end user applications - it would be an easy fix.

  5. Permit the user to define the search. E.g. choose between blank, not blank, greater than, etc.

  6. Provide an option with Link to Search Form to clear the previous data.

    When the search again button is depressed the original search form is displayed. Would like the option to show a blank search form without the need for javascript to clear the fields.

  7. dropdown

    Dropdown with count/sum/total? Basically, I would like to be able to have a dropdown show the count for that selection. It would be great to have this for a cascading dropdown as well. For a vehicle lookup something like "Ford (75)", "Mustang (12)", "2013 (5)"....

  9. Autosave details page like Gmail does; critical feature for longer, detailed Details page

    When I type an email in Gmail or enter a contact into Gmail contats, google autosaves my entries as I go. This is a life saver when I'm typing a long email and my browser freezes.

    My users use Caspio forms (details page of search and report) to document interactions with customers. Their business requires detailed documenation. They find it very burdensome to continually "save" (or update form) to make sure their entries are "saved" to the database. Each update also reloads the page which causes annoying delays. They also often forget to "save" their entries and end up losing…

  11. Larger HTML Blocks

    Can we have HTML blocks that can take more characters, say 20k or 30k characters? I'm using HTML blocks in Results pages a lot now and the current 10k allowance is quite limiting

    Have the ability to download the table preoperties like fields, records, size, last modified etc. or datapage properties. This is available when you click on datapages or tables, but it would be nice to have it downloadable.

  15. It would help if we could determine the amount of rows which display during an "AutoComplete"

    Sometimes entering a part of a name for a autocomplete form, it may not return one of the records I am looking for because the list is limited in lenght.

  16. Usage Tracking Analytics for DataPage and Apps

    Analytics is an essential component of applications. It gives you an insight on which part of your application is being utilized so that you can focus efforts towards improving that piece of the application.

    When viewing DataPages, it would be great to be able add a column for "usage" in the same way when you add AppKey column under DataPage view. This would display the usage in MB for a particular DataPage for the current billing period. The number should be clickable to be able to view the details which would display date/day, DT MB, Page Views, Submissions, API Calls,…

  17. Ability to insert/update pop up values to drop down boxes and REPOPULATE page

    Ability to insert/update pop up values to drop down boxes and list boxes and then repopulate only those page elements that were changed without refreshing the page and losing unsaved data. It is nice to have a modal pop up form to add a lookup value but sometimes those aren;t text fields like States but sometimes they have primary keys and our an autonumber so repopulating the form elements is important but doing so without losing page data on a reload.

  18. Many-to-Many Relationships - Views as a source for a view

    Many-to-Many relationships are powerful for many reasons; in particular action items that have many users that interact with them.

    Please consider this scenario:

    tblActionLog
    FielduserCreator
    Field    userAssigned
    Field_userCompleter
    ...

    A report to display all three users would be very useful, and an easy approach (easy from our end, IDK what this would require from your end) would be to use three User table views as a source for the view that would be the source for the report.

    viewUserCreator, viewUserAssigned, viewUserCompleter, tblActionLog -> sources for viewActionLogReport

  19. DataPage Elements for Hide-Start and Hide-End

    Would be nice to have a default elements to choose from in Configure Fields that are "Hide-Start" and "Hide-End" where your program automatically puts in the correct table or div and display:none; style. Get confusing when looking at the list as to which HTML Block is the hide and end and which are for other uses. This should be an easy addition since it is just a single line of code and would keep me from using the wrong means of hiding on accident.

  20. Have the option to not have the delete confirmation box appear when a user tries to delete records.

    Skipping the Delete Confirmation box when a user tries to delete records. They should be able to delete a record without a confirmation. The pop up box isn't even mobile friendly and hides in the I-Frame! Very sloppy interface here!
