Enable rules on tabular reports
It would be very helpful to be able to set rules on tabular reports so we can set restrictions based on user auth fields.

Union Views/Queries
It would be valuable to be able to use a union query to combine multiple queries into a single result. For example, suppose your database has two unrelated tables where one stores customer data and another stores data about suppliers – and both tables have a contact information field. You’d like to see the contact information from both tables in one view. We cannot do this today in Capsio like we can in SQL Server or even MS Access. Add option to save account credentials in MS file using Caspio Office plugin
Currently the account profile and password are not saved in MS Access when that Access file is closed even though there is a checkbox option to remember password. Option is needed to save these settings so you don't have to re-enter them each time you open the Microsoft file that utilizes the Caspio Office plugin.

Apply SQL 'AND' clause when creating a view
This would be helpful for restricting tables before doing the join when creating a view. A possible workaround would be giving the option to link a view with a view. This is very valuable for historical type tables.
For example:
I have 2 tables, I need to filter table 1 before joining with table 2.
Customer table:
Customer | State
A | S
B | V
C | LEntry table
Customer | Entry | Category

application for android and iOS
Usually when people are inquiring a data base is to manage their work/business.
now, people with business usually require applications for android and apple mobiles/tablets more than websites.
therefore, i am suggesting that caspio should introduce a full kit, which includes a pre-made database for some businesses such as hotels, care renting, and so on with an application under the business name, so that the user, or the business owner could manage his business and to interact with his customer online throw the application.1 vote -
Add a "Show" action under the Rules tab
The current Rules tab features only four (4) possible actions: Hide, Disable, Display Only, and Required. Some customers have workflows that require the "Show" action, but were unable to do so because this option is not available. It's also because the Rule actions, just like other features like table views, are built on NEGATIVE logic, which is sometimes hard to grasp.
The current workaround, which I find tedious and error-prone, is to use the Hide action to implement the NEGATIVE/opposite logic of the required "Show" criterion. For instance, if you want to SHOW a text field named FirstName if…

Password protected table from deletion that can maximize security
I would like to see if the table that can be protected from deletion without putting passcode or password of the author or admin for maximum table security. Because if the table deleted all things are gone.

Support a DateTime field that has a time input alongside the date
I've seen that article and have implemented it on one of my date/time fields. Unfortunately, this takes an excessive amount of time and is difficult to debug. I need to have the date time field be customizable so that it allows me to enter a time alongside the date. Caspio has already got the latter side od the functionality correct and allows the user to display the time part of a date/time field.
I'm sure there are plenty of solutions being developed with fields specifying appointment/delivery/arrival/departure times. So, I would think that having an object that handles date and time…

Add update function to Zapier API
Currently can use a Zap to add a record. Would be nice to be able to update existing records with a return code of success or failure. Other functions like GET to query data before update is nice but not absolutely necessary.

To make ture sense of white labeling
To have a true sense and complete purpose of white labeling feature, I think it will be great if the code to be deployed to any website will be encrypted or caspio can create virtual domain or some kind of key for the customer identification that replace "caspio.com". in the embedded section of the code that copied and posted to individual webpage or framing, that way customer can get what they are actually paid for as white label and customer can also protect some unethical people who steal sources page just by doing the right click on the page source…

Authentication improvement
When dealing with many customers using the same application, it is important to block or allow access depending on customers behaviors (e.g. a customer failing to pay his monthly fees may have his access suspended). To achieve this, I would like to use a company table (from Caspio aspect the source) that has a status field (yes/no) to state if the system can be used or not by a company. As part of the authentication, a check to a table (as said earlier, created by the application developer) that contains that value will be very use full if not critical.…

Customization of exported csv files
I use scheduled tasks for exporting and importing data for use in other systems. I need csv files where the separators are semicolon and without qoutation marks. The standard files I export now has this format:
"Jack","Jones","male","40"
I need this format:
Jack;Jones;male;40
I am sure there are other formats thats also needen by others, so I would like to see that the export format could be customized in some way. These settings should be enabled individually for each export.1 vote -

Currently you have a link on the Datasheet tab to download the table to a file. It would be nice and efficient for a DOWNLOAD link on [Tables>New>TABLE DESIGN tab]

Move up/move down arrows on join page in view setup
Currently when setting up views, the order of the table joins cannot be altered. When a modification has to be made to the joins in a certain order, all joins below the one to be modified or added must be deleted and re-added.

Move Up / Move Down option in Tables datasheet view
There needs to be a Move Up / Move Down option in Tables datasheet view. I created a lookup table called in from a Form field multiple choice. The only sort options are alphabetical. Tech support said thats my only option except delete all the table datasheet entries and redo them in the order you want. Not ideal if I have 50 entries and/or add to it occasionally. With each new option I have to rebuild the table? An Insert Here or Move Up/Down option would be fantastic here.

"Limit to List" Option similar to Access
When typing a table/lookup view to a field, there is no way to force the user to ONLY select the options listed. In Access, this was really easy, you attached the "lookup table", and on the form page select limit to list. This forced the user to only to pick from the list available to them. This helps maintain data integerity. We get you can accomplish this in a dropdown, but need it in all other options, "autocomplete", "Cascading autocomplete". Make it possible to search with "contains" in dropbox
When using dropdown in a form, I would like to be able to search in a dropdown with the criteria "Contains". Now, if I type "C", the cursor jumps to the first Item in the list that starts with the letter "C". I would like to be able to narrow down the list when typing and where only items that contains the text I typed are displayed
