Editable e-mail fields for scheduled task exports
If I set up a scheduled task to e-mail a table or view, I have no way to edit the From, Subject, or Body fields. So I can't distinguish between different reports when they arrive in my inbox, and I can't provide instructions to the recipients about what to do with the attached files.

Export photos
I want to scheduled a daily task to export all new files which were uploaded that day. Currently I receive a daily file of the data in my tables, but not files. For my business, I really need an incremental file with files (in my case photos) for Caspio to be more efficient.

Add an new Triggered Action selector
It would be nice to have the ability to run a Triggered Action on only a single field being Updated. In this case I have a table which has a field which can contain the ID number for another user. This field might start out blank and can later be edited. None of the current selectors (less than, blank, exists, etc..) can accommodate a random value that you don't have any idea in advance what it might be. Provide a way to compact Tables to minimum size
Large Tables frequently take up more space than they should because some datapages, views, and relationships may have been deleted. Please provide a compaction feature

Set default View for field lookups in datapages
I know that you can use relationships to have a default dropdown for lookup fields, but it would be really useful to be able to actually have the field default to a View (not a table) and also be able to specify parent field, lookup values, and fields for display/saving.

Option to update record after email is sent
There are a few instances where I have to send an email then update the record with a time stamp to show the email was sent so that we are not sending multiple emails.
Caspio is pushing us to not use if statements but right now I have to for these. It would be great if we had an option to update a field after the email is sent successfully. If we could have that included in the email action then I could eliminate the If statements and hopefully increase the performance of my triggered action. An example of what…

Multiple fields for unique ID
Allow a combination of fields to be a composite key
In some cases we want a combination of values to be unique. A sample scenario is to ensure that there is one student, attending a particular class on a particular date. This can be achieved if the combination of StudentID, CourseID, and AttendanceDate are designated as key and hence they have to be unique. Tasks to run yearly
Currently tasks can only be automated to run, daily, weekly and monthly but not yearly...
We need tasks to run yearly, some applications need this and you cant automate manually at the beginning of each year. it defeats the point and purpose of automation

Recently my computer broke so I've been had to use Caspio on my phone and I found it really hard constantly having to zoom in to tap a b
So I was thinking for like your phones tablets or computers it would auto fit your screen like it will automatically zoom in and size it based on the size of your screen for an example if you have a smaller screen the text will zoomed in a bit bigger instead of zoomed out where you have to zoom in

Files - could we see how many are in a folder
Should be easy to add I would have thought and would really help us in managing our apps. Seems odd that there is no property feature for file folders as there is with datapages, tables etc.

Move a record from a table to another
Hello,
would be nice to have an option to move a record from a table to another.
In my case for example, when I want to blacklist a record I have on my table, I move it to a Blacklist table to then make sure with a view between the two tables that the blacklisted company is not registered again in the first table.Right now we need to export/download the data, delete the record in the first table, then import it on the new table, quite time consuming.

Move up/move down arrows on join page in view setup
Currently when setting up views, the order of the table joins cannot be altered. When a modification has to be made to the joins in a certain order, all joins below the one to be modified or added must be deleted and re-added.

Allow Folders/Organization in Views
Allow Views to be arranged/organized into Folders of View. This should be a simple fix.
