make it possible to timestamp a table when it was last updated for use in datapages reports
It would be nice to have a datestamp for when a table was last updated or imported. I import a dataset every week into a table and have to manually go to the datapage report to inform the users last updated on MM/DD/YY. Sometimes it is different language reports and the date update needs to happen on all the language versions of the datapages.

Adding an automatic Import undo
You should have an automatic undo import for records in and out of tables. You can see the message confirming the import but there should also be an easy way to undo it.

Manually select records to download from results returned
Allow users to review all results matching their search criteria, but also allow them to manually select which records to export into Excel.

Import/Update data from multiple files into a "single" Caspio Table
Equivalent Excel function:
MENU: Data > Get Data > From File > From Folder
ACTION: Combine > Combine & Load
USE CASE: Thousands of source files, each file represents a stock symbol containing end-of-day prices and trade data. I want to update one master Caspio Table that holds all stock symbols with the end-of-day prices and trade data.

1-to-Many Relationship in the Table Design tool
When creating a 1-to-many relationship in the Table Design tool, it would be more efficient if I could drag the Primary key from the Parent table, place it in the Child table, automatically change the Type to Text (255), and show the relationship connector with the appropriate "infinity" label at the Child end fo the connector.

Allow Bulk Editing of Records within Tables Datasheet View
Allow bulk editing of records within the Datasheet view of Tables. The ability to Filter records is there, but no way to update multiple fields of the filtered records.

Table Variable Headers
I would like to be able to create table variables for use in Triggers/Tasks that allow for changing the column headers. Currently table variable column headers use the field name in the table and this is usually not a readable, intuitive label to someone who might be sent a notification email.

Eliminate duplicate fields
I have several tables that reference each other. I really should not have a CourseNames field in more than one table, but because of the way the formula fields, views, lookups, etc. don't work well with other tables, I have to list those names in more than one table. This is not proper database protocol....and a Caspio expert told me that this is the only way to accomplish what I have to do.

Allow data type change from Text (64000) to GUID
Currently, when importing data from a CSV the GUID fields are auto-classified as Text (64000). When updating the table design one has to change the field to Text (255) first, then to GUID. Changing the data type on the import configuration doesn't help this either as the GUID specification import is overridden.

"Deselect all" button for tables in Relationship view
You can select "All relationships" in the view but then to undo that selection to deselect all of them and clear the canvas is a very time-consuming proccess.

Color Code Table Relationships
Color coding table relationships would make visualizing much easier to follow

compatible matching blocks when coding.
When you are creating triggers if the blocks that you can use after selecting the block you want to use are highlighted.
In the UI, all of the available blocks seem usable until you try and get an error. It's like when you have "assist" mode on when playing chess. It shows you all of the moves you can make instead of the ones you shouldn't have made. That would change my life lol.

make a read-only view of data tables
The data sheet UI is automatically editable, making it far too easy to accidentally make a change.

Add Weekday function
It would be helpful to have a Weekday function (like in Excel and Access) that assigns a numeric value to the day of the week on which a date occurs (1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, etc).

View - maintain include all fields
When I select include all fields in a view I would like this to persist so that when I add another field to a table I don't have to go back into the view again and click include all fields again and again... etc

Enable zoom in table relationship view
I'd like to be able to see all of my tables in the relationship view. A zoom in and out feature would help.

We allow customers to become members and part of this is access to our portal that is based on Directory authentication.
We want the user to have immediate access to the portal. We currently add their record to the directory, however, we want to set the status of the record to active and add them to a group that is in the directory. We use Caspio as the authentication provider for our portal.
To accomplish this we need to know the two fields that contain these values so we can set them accordingly

Allow multiple values to be set up in pie chart.
My data are organized in rows not in columns. That right now prohibits the creation of pie charts as only one column or value could be selected. Pleases allow multi values to be added to the pie chart.

Add a SUM field as a data type to perform cross-table tabulation
I chose Caspio over a newer competitor of Caspio because I could have a LITTLE more latitude using Caspio....however, I nearly went with the competitor because they had a SUM field option, that I could set up in a separate table and sum amounts in another table based on criteria determined in my current table.
This functionality is sorely missing. It was the basis of my first support ticket with Caspio. I was told "if you are looking to have a table value updated based on some action or value changed in a different table, this may require a trigger…
