Currently fields from your table can be used in triggered action emails but there doesn't seem to be a way of including the associated photo.

Freeze first column in a TABLE (not a datapage table)
I'd like to be able to "freeze" the first column in a table, so that as I scroll across the table, I can always see the first column (which indicates the name of the record).
Sometimes we have a lot of editing to do, and it's easiest to do it in the table. And sometimes, we want to copy the same info into a field for several records. But since we can't see the "Names" of the records (that are in the first column) as we scroll across, we can't accurately past info into the fields. If we could freeze…

Allow list strings read data from another table
Allow 'list strings' in tables to read data from another table

Rules in datapages
The Rules capability in Datapages is a great feature despite the limitations it has.
I would personally like to see some additional capability added here. One of the options I have often found myself wanting to use is the ability to have rules to check or uncheck a Yes/No field based on a value in another field.7 votes -

Allow SAML SSO Authentication to bypass the LOGIN Screen

Allow Caspio User Cookies to Make REST API Calls
For custom REST API applications locked behind a Capio user login authentication field allow developers to use document.cookie() / user session cookie to authenticate REST API calls.
The user is already logged into Caspio and is authenticated on the server-side. This would be a huge security / QoL improvement due to eliminating the need for proxy servers.
This would improve the daily user's experience due to decreased load times since the HTTP request is now 1-to-1 (1 client to 1 server) instead of 1-to-many (1 client to many servers). Also, this would increase the security posture of Caspio and the…

Proper HTML Source Code Editor
Can we get this? It's EXTREMELY Hard to edit the code especiall if it's a JavaScript Code. Not to mention the size of Edit Pages cannot be resized, it's so small and cramped.

Add Previous Month to date filter
Adding the ability to filter by "Previous Month" or "Previous X Months" would be very useful for reporting. Currently you can filter by Previous X days, but I would like to exclude the results from this month and only show results for last or previous full month.

Improved searching
When a user is searching for a word within a text field, any word with those characters in order is returned.For example, looking for all references to the word ear, results with "tear" and "earth" are returned, resulting in excess results.
it would be helpful if quotation marks or adding space(s) would help reduce excess results.

Let the developer choose the time instead of 15 minute intervals.

Create a simplified way to change the default text of the standard "View Details" function.
When using a a "Details Page" for each record in a tabular view, the default text is set to "View Details". I can change that in the CSS, but it is very complicated to create the right text per page. Some pages I would like it to say "View Details", but others I would like it to say "Edit Details" or "Update".
It would be nice to have a way to very simply change the default display text locally to a DataPage.

export task size
Can we please increase the size for exports in scheduled tasks. I have multiple tables that re more than 50 MB, and I wan to be able to schedule exports for a backup. In addition, since I can't currently schedule an export, I am manually exporting -- once I hit 100MB, I won't be able to have a backup at all. Is there another way to easily backup my data??

Create a feature where you can COPY the SUBMISSION Form Data (formatted Input of fields) over to a REPORT Details page
SUBMISSION Input COPY to REPORT. The idea is that when you have large complex input forms 100s to 1000s of data fields (1023 being the limit) ... which should also be updated for larger tables) that you have to spend days to create/design layout ... that you will ultimately want to use the SAME Layout in a SEARCH/MODIFY REPORT ... the way it is working now, you have to completely recreate the layout from scratch to build the Modifiable report. It would be very useful if there was a way to COPY over the FORMAT details of the INPUT/DETAIL PAGE…

translate SQL to your logic UI automatically
It would be great to have an SQL tab available if you were using caspio in some kind of professional or expert mode. The tab I'm thinking of would be in the logic section of criteria where you could write the SQL logic and it would translate it into your boxy interface. in the interim you must be creating the logic in SQL so a SQL box could expose that unless it would have to be like Access writes logic in which case don't do it :)

Add WACG 2.0 Accessibility Guidelines to your program
Given the proliferation of lawsuits regarding Accessibility of websites based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines, I strongly encourage you to comply with these guidelines. Companies want their website to be accessible to all and want to avoid potential legal ramifications, therefore it is something that more companies are looking for and requiring of their website partners.

Enhance User Logs so datapage usage and geographic location can be included
Improving user logs to have datapage usage information, besides adding the feature of creating usage graphics from user log information
Geographic location would be another nice feature.

Multiple selection item for submission forms
For the submission forms (datapages), it would be ideal to have the option to select multiple 'answers' for some fields, rather than being forced to select a single 'answer' for input.
For example, if the question is "Where are you able to purchase a Ferrari?" and the answer options are;
a) Canada
b) United States
c) Italy
d) Pacific Ocean
