  1. Make Authentication information (current user) available for triggered actions on Tables

    Enable Triggered Actions (on Insert) on a Table to store current user ID in Submitter field and on Update in the Updater field. Currently this has to be done via a Datapage, but becomes cumbersome for Tabular Reports where this kind of information is superfluous/ should not be visible for users

  2. Creat an option to print portions of a data submission form. Could be used for reciepts, customer information or hard copy needs.

    Provide a feature to print all or portions of a data submission, report etc. This could be used for hard copy needs such as customer receipt, work plan etc.

  4. Copy/Move Triggered Actions

    the ability to copy or move the Triggered Actions from testing table to live table, since Caspio team advise to run the Triggered Actions on a testing table first and sometimes the Triggered Actions is complicated and there is a possibility to rebuild the Triggered Actions with missing pieces or rule.

  5. Integration with mobile application with offline capabilities

    Create or offer API integration or plug-in which allows native mobile applications to store information into cache and upload into Caspio when mobile device is online.

  6. A chat room on Caspio Forums for registered members.

    It would be nice to have a chat room feature on the Caspio Forums for members who are registered. This way members can quickly chat and bat ideas off of each other for smaller issues that do not require a new thread.

    Allow admins to customize the length of time users have before password reset links expire. Currently users have only two hours and this value cannot be changed.

  11. All included in a wiew, new fields included in a table included by default.

    See topic above.

    When you add new fields to a table, you then go back to the datapage that was created from a wiew, annoying to dig in to the datapage and find that you have to update the wiew first. I forget it all the time and spend hours wasted. If I choose all included in a wiew new fields should be included by default. Please fix it!

  15. Register as a user (submit page) >> Report

    users should be able to go to a report page directly from a submit page (registration) without have to re-enter their username and password. Right now, if you use a "Password" field for password (as opposed to text) you cannot pass it as a parameter which means the new person who registered has to re-enter their login info. THIS LEADS TO HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE AT THE VERY BEGINNING

  18. Make More Intuitive File Downloading

    The file download capability is very limited. There's no sorting options, the sizes aren't consistent, and you can't download more than 1GB at a time. Me and several others have to spend enormous amounts of time downloading data to give to clients when they need it.

  20. User name and creation/update date should be shown in the Home Page window

    We are constantly trying to figure out who created and/or last updated a table, form or datapage. Can this info be shown in the main Home page window columns shown?
