Ability for App users to import data into tables
Ability to create a datapage for App users to import data into tables without using a scheduled task or having to log into caspio. App users can add data manually; why not have the ability for admin level users to import directly into the tables?

Ability to have calculated fields on a view.
In SQL I can create calculated fields for a view it would be nice to be able to do that same thing in Caspio view.

Caspio must support "group by" and Calculations in views, not only in datapages.
This option will allow us to create views that groups the records of a big table based on some distinct criteria. Also it is necessary to make simple calculations such us sum, or count in our tables without the need of datapages.

Union Views/Queries
It would be valuable to be able to use a union query to combine multiple queries into a single result. For example, suppose your database has two unrelated tables where one stores customer data and another stores data about suppliers – and both tables have a contact information field. You’d like to see the contact information from both tables in one view. We cannot do this today in Capsio like we can in SQL Server or even MS Access. SQL distinct for views
Add a distinct records option to views. I'm aware of the requests at the report level, some / most of that need could be resolved if we could base that report on a view that has a "SELECT DISTINCT" enabled. Should be easy to implement?

Option to create Formulas inside Views.
For example:
I have Users and Roles tables. One to may relationship from Roles to Users but I would like to have a dropdown that reads Username (Role) but that is not possible unless we could have the ability to create Formulas in our views.I think this will increase usability a lot.

Allow copy, cut and paste of task/triggered action elements
You might build a task and find you wish to use it as a triggered action instead - or vice versa.
Currently you have to rebuild from scratch....where if you could copy and paste the different logic sections it would speed up the process

Allow editing across multiple Tables in View
Currently only one Table per View can be edited. This forces designers to create more DataPages then necessary to work around this shortfall. By allowing multiple Tables to be edited, designers could reduce the overall DataPage count.

Allow importing values into List datatype fields
Currently, there is no way to bulk upload into this datatype via the Import feature in the bridge, even if the data is formatted right. Such table fields are simply invisible upon import, which makes it cumbersome to convert existing tables built before this feature was rolled out to utilize this leaner option.

Copy/Move Triggered Actions
the ability to copy or move the Triggered Actions from testing table to live table, since Caspio team advise to run the Triggered Actions on a testing table first and sometimes the Triggered Actions is complicated and there is a possibility to rebuild the Triggered Actions with missing pieces or rule.

Many-to-Many Relationship
Caspio can only handle a "one-to-one" or a "one-to-many" relationship in a table field. As a result, creating a "many-to-many" relationship requires creating a third table.
Competing database programs (even those that are less developed than Caspio) allow a table field to easily hold references to multiple other entries in another table -- i.e. a native many-to-many field. (Webflow, Knack, Bubble are other ones I've looked at, and they all had it).
Increasingly, the world works in a "many-to-many" way. For example...
- A blog post will have many categories
- An article may have multiple authors

Record Locking
Not all the time we work with people editing only his own profile info. In our case, we have a lot of users who might access to the same records without any notice that somebody else open it before. This causes information being lost. For example, User A opens a record first and then User B does. As user A only editted the date of birth leaving the middle name empty, as he did not intend to deal with the middle name. Now user B (who accessed the record while it was being editted by User A), only wants to…

Run Tasks outside of Caspio Website
I would like to see the ability to create a button/link to run a specific task inside of a Datapage. For example, I have many tasks that my staff need to run on demand. Currently, I have to set these tasks up to a schedule, or log in and run them on demand for my staff.
If we had the option to add specific task buttons inside of datapages, or even a specific link that would trigger the task to run, then my staff could run these tasks as they complete their work.

Date format in table
It is a good feature if the Date format can be changed in the table level. Currently, the date values are stored in the tables in the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Create a JSON output feed from views or tables
What would really make Caspio powerful is to have a way to create a JSON and/or XML view of data that could be accessed dynamically by web applications. I want more flexibility in how I present data, and I'm willing to develop that myself, but I could still use Caspio as a back end to enter and manage and store data, without having to build that infrastructure myself every time.

Ability to add SQL to the table formula field for cross table calculations (like you can in a DataPage formula)
Triggered actions are a great feature on their own and work well for new projects. However, they do not replace an SQL statement and only work for new records/actions.
Someone else already commented this on a previous request (http://ideabox.caspio.com/forums/164206-caspio-bridge/suggestions/16414099-can-we-add-sql-to-the-table-formula-field-for-cros) that was marked "complete".

Allow formula fields to be linked with other tables
Any formula field should be allowed to be used to join with other tables, of course, as long as all possible outputs of the function are of the same type (numeric value or text)

Copying the record from parent table to the child table and triggered action run in child table.
Sometimes we need to split the tables in some sections by creating a new child tables. But when we insert records from parent tables to child tables it is not possible to trigger an action because of currently triggered actions are limited to a maximum of one nested level. This limitation causes the app builders to create complex applıcations. Caspio needs to raise of number nested level otherwıse it is pointless to subscribe to this system.
