make bulk edits compatible with Zapier
Using a Zapier integration to capture updates will only work in reports using in-line edits, grid edits, or edits on the details page. Using the bulk edit feature does not get recognized by Zapier.

App Parameters in the Custom Values in Dropdown field
It would be useful if we could use App Parameters in the Custom Values when 'Lookup and custom values' is set for a drop-down menu input field

Pivot table pagination
Pivot tables are often used for very big data sets. Please, please bring in the ability to paginate, otherwise users are left waiting unnecessarily for table loads, etc

Hide doublets, by selecting fields in wiews or datapages would be nice.
If i want to find some unique fields in a table or a wiew I have to export
to excel, take away doublets and import again.1 vote -
In Logic tab there should be dynamic comparison at right hand site
In Search and Report wizard or in creating views at right hand site there is option of putting values which happens to be fixed. But like other database there should be option of selecting value dynamically either by query from tables or by variables as right hand side value for comparison. Also there should be option for "in" or similar operator to match all or any value from the list

Ability to require at least one checkbox from a group
We've had requests from our business partners to have groups of checkboxes where the user needs to select at least one option. (A "please select all which apply" situation).
We can't have each checkbox itself be required because not all apply to each user. Radio buttons don't work because some users will need to select multiple options.
Being able to create a checkbox group with an overall "at least one" requirement would be great. Right now the only option is to use custom JavaScript to validate it.

update log of the "online help center"
In the beginning, I read a lot in the online help center . I see now often new or updated items. Is it possible to keep track of an update log of the "online help center"

Apply localizations to views and tables
It would be great to apply things like custom time zones to tables and views.

Better SQL features. DELETE query (esp for duplicates). UPDATE query for mass updates
Deleting duplicates in a table requires a filter and checkbox deletion by hand. Updates can only be made outside of Caspio and re-imported. These basic execution SQL functions should be enabled in some form other than imports.
Especially with big data, using imports to update and delete tables is tedious at best and unachievable at worst.

Add Max and Min to Filtering Criteria
Adding Max and Min to filtering criteria will allow more versatility to filtering, especially around time and date stamps which would allow the first and last record to be identified.

SEO Friendly Urls
Provide a way to incorporate SEO friendly URLs into deployment e.g. so each details page can have something like
http://www.apples.com/variety/grannysmiths
instead of
http://www.apples.com/variety.html?id=23
.

Include a copy of the last few Scheduled Exports in the history
Our scheduled task exports the last day's worth of data from about a dozen views. When someone screws up a file from several days back and needs a new copy it is tricky to re-create it.
I would like to be able to download a copy of recent exports from the Scheduled Task History page. 3-7 days' worth would be plenty, as the issue is most likely to happen with files from the weekend.

Expand Popup Bubble data options for Maps Mashup
Currently, you are only able to use a single field for display on the current version of Maps Mashup. On a standard Google Maps instance, there are generally more customization option (e.g. having the address, and URL, maybe, or including a small thumbnail), instead of just having one field displayed. It would allow for a more professional appearance on the Maps Mashup (whereas currently it ends up looking rather basic).

Add a description when using IP Filtering for each IP added.
I am having a hard time remembering where an IP belongs to. For example, I need to know what office each IP belongs to in case I need to disable it.

I'm looking for a quick reference on how to do something. I recall I used to be able to search and find a list of how-to articles and videos. Is my memory failing or did this go away?

Bulk Edit Disable selections until checked by user
Bulk Edit is completely confusing to the user if there are several options, as to exactly what they’re updating. Bulk Edit form should have all edit options dis-abled until one of the check boxes on the left are checked- thereby making the edit option enabled- so the user knows exactly what is ‘active’ and updating. My users get totally confused by having to choose from a drop down and then go check a box that may or may not be relevant, and it seems like other edit options may be happening (because they're not disabled- just being 'unchecked' isn't clear…

add navigate to next/previous records to the update data page
When you get to the Details page, you can enable this feature - Navigate to next/previous records. It would be useful it this was available on the Update data page.
