allow rollover of unused monthly data transfer allowance
For users who consistently remain within their data transfer allowance but, occasionally, a limited rollover of unused bandwidth would provide a bit of a buffer for those occasions. The rollover could be limited in terms of total bandwidth accumulated or by time period so as to not undermine your service pricing structure.

Our pricing is primarily driven by usage so it makes little sense to do this.
