SMS enhancement (1) Make SMS credits App based

Can we make SMS purchasing App based? In that way each app can use its own credit.

This is because each app could have it's owner (client) for whom it was built, so buying SMS credit should be split per app so that each app or client can use its own credits and not share.

    This would also imply that each app should have to choose the countries to which it sends SMS
