  1. triggered action comments

    Triggered action logic can get quite long and complex. To make it easier to understand when another developer looks at it or I return a few weeks later it really needs a way of adding comments. At the moment I put comments next to sections using a text box disconnected from the build.

    This is not ideal as it needs to be manually moved around as you add extra sections before that location.

    Please add a way to comment on the code. Just a comment block that can be added into the logic that doesn't do anything would work.

    Thank you for your feedback. The comment feature is available for each Triggered Action block. Follow the steps below to add or remove a comment:

    To Add a Comment:

    1. Right-click on any Triggered Action block to display the action menu.
    2. Select "Add Comment" from the menu to add a comment to the block.
    3. Once a comment is added, click on the [i] icon in the top left corner of the block to view or edit the comment.

    To Remove a Comment:

    1. Right-click on any Triggered Action block to display the action menu.
    2. Select "Remove Comment" to delete the comment from the block.

    I am referring to this message that comes from "Caspio on behalf of X Portal," I hope we can edit it since Grow Plan has "the feature White label deployment included in the plan which removes Caspio branding from your apps."

  3. Provide a link to chatGPT via the new openAI API

    I'd like to be able to link medical terms in my app directly to chatGPT using the new API. So if I have a parameter [@Indication] I'd like to have an icon alongside that passes that term as the user term to chat GPT. I'd like to prefix configure the user term with a descriptor such as define:

    being able to use chatGPT or GPT-3 generally would be GREAT!!

  4. Ability to Update Fillable PDF Template

    Currently, when you upload a fillable template and map it in the Table, there is no chance for the user to update that template.

    It would be a time saver if you can upload a new/modified template and update the existing one, without remapping all the fields again.

  5. Please make it possible to use a View as the data source for mapping to a fillable PDF in addition to being able to use a Table

    It would be helpful to be able to use data from more than one table on a form. For example, I am creating a certificate of completion. I need to pull the name of the individual from one table and the name and date of the course from another table.

  6. PDF TEMPLATES FORMAT CHANGE

    It is nice to have the new PDF Templates form but it would be nice to be able to change the font and make some information bolder and bigger

  8. Add "Download PDF" option for the details page as an option in the results page.

    Currently, users need to open the datapage, then click the download pdf button. This becomes cumbersome when the user needs to access the details page, fill in the form and update, then re-access the details page to download a pdf. It would be helpful if we could link the Download PDF feature as a column option in the results page along with Edit/Delete/View Details

  9. wrong Button Search Italian translation

    Please change the Button Search Italian translation.
    Up to now "SEARCH" is translated in Italian as "TROVA".
    But "TROVA" in italian means FIND not SEARCH.
    SEARCH should be translated in CERCA. I customized my translation, but It would be better eleiminate this error.

  10. move the chat icon away from the down arrow in the table. every time I click on the down arrow, the chat box pops up.

    Move the chat box icon away from the down arrow on tables. Or alternatively allow the user to close the chat icon or move the icon. Right now, every time you click n the down arrow on your table, the chat box opens up, and there is no way to shift the chat icon so that it isn't near the down arrow (depending on your screen size). On my larger screen this isn't an issue, but when I switch to my smaller laptop screen, it is a huge problem. The only workaround right now is to open the chat box,…

  11. Custom Title export for CSV / XML data

    This should be a pretty simple one. The CSV/XML/PDF export should have some way to title it. For Instance [@client] [@project] - Foo_[date]

    or something to that idea, but utilize the fields which are available in the fields or data sources available

  12. Integromat instant on demand connectioin like for Zapier

    Integromat is like Zapier but much less expensive. It would be great to have an instant on demand connection like for Zapier so that when records in a Caspio table are updated then Integromat can run tasks instantly. Right now their listener is only good for running every 1 minute. Caspio has this feature with Zapier and they should do it with Integromat too.

Additionally, for more tailored connections, you have the flexibility to utilize API and webhook options to build custom connections according to your specific requirements.

    Thank you again for your idea. You can now contact your account manager for higher limit of affected records in Tasks or Triggered Actions or upgrade to a higher plan.

  16. Support for accessing OneDrive Business from Sites or Scheduled Tasks

    Currently Caspio only supports connecting to OneDrive Personal accounts and does not support OneDrive Business accounts. This a big blocker for working with external clients. If I am providing an application on behalf of a client using Caspio then I need a way to share files between the client and Caspio. OneDrive is the most commonly used method for file sharing in SMEs. Many businesses do not allow use of Google Drive due to security concerns which only leaves SFTP which is cumbersome to access through SFTP client for business users.

  17. Provide direct access to ticketing system

    It would be very useful to provide a direct link from the Caspio app environment to the ticketing system. It is annoying to have to keep logging in between the two.

  18. Allow sub-users to access the Ticketing System

    Hi,

    I was hoping Caspio can allow sub-users to access the Ticketing System. I am the admin of my caspio account and I'd like to keep it that way.

    However, I have a couple of developers who are the ones creating apps for our company. It's a pain for me to be the only point of contact when we have an open ticket with you. From the notification emails of new response, to the email exchange within our internal team.

  19. Caspios emails are being delivered as unauthenticated emails to recipient host (gmail in particular).

    reconfigure your email servers (spf, dkim, A & MX Records) and associate the tcp/ip port (usually 25) with the domains ip address. You will also need to configure reverse dns to authenticate the email sender to the receiver host. It's not at all difficult to do.

  20. increase the frequency of scheduled tasks.

    Data in many businesses changes often. If you schedule a task to import a dataset currently, the highest frequency is once per hour. It would be nice to have it be able to go down to a half hour or 15 minute increment.
