Provide direct access to ticketing system
It would be very useful to provide a direct link from the Caspio app environment to the ticketing system. It is annoying to have to keep logging in between the two.

Thank you for the idea. You can now access the new Caspio Support Portal with your active session from Caspio Bridge.

Give users the ability to enter/view tickets from Bridge without having to click on multiple links and loging in again to the ticketing system.
