  1. Add Tech Support Links to Caspio On-Line How-to

    In each Caspio How-to Tech Support document, there should be a link to get help from tech support immediately/asap and have it billed a-la-carte per ticket if not in your plan.

  2. Mass download and mass delete files

    We purge our applicant data each year. It would be great to have a function that allows you to mass download and mass delete files.

    Since 8.0 in November of 2013 mass download and upload of files is available. Mass delete is also available through deleting a folder in the file section or enabling Orphan File Cleanup by contacting support.

  3. Lookup Field

    Hello,
    When I create a relatioship between two tables I get a lookup field in child table, perfect. It would be nice if Caspio designers/engineers could allow us to filter the data being pulled in the lookup field. Currently all the data is coming in from the parent in the lookup, but what if I wanted certain data only.
    Let me know if this is already possible since I am buidling my first Caspio system and pretty new at this.

  4. Allow hooks into Windows Authentication or allow passing of Windows credentials

    Other cloud services (LMS) provide hooks into Windows Authentication tables so that users don't need a separate email/password for Caspio forms.

    Also, it would add additional security for Caspio non-authentication forms where network systems do not have dedicated IP addresses.

  5. Ability to Export through tasks without the Need for ZIP/Compress archive files

    The Datahub is Awesome but without the ability to export a normal uncompressed CSV file via FTP, it lacks a lot of flexibility. If I could export uncompressed to an FTP folder, I could set another program to receive the filed seamlessly. As of now, I would need to download them, unzip and then upload again. That is a lot of extra steps and makes automating it more tricky.

  6. search and find datapages by deploy code

    I have a lot of datapages and I would love to be able to find the datapage by the last 4 digits of the deploy code....it is difficult to find the correct datapage when the title itself is not descriptive, accurate or in the right folder.

  7. Warning Sign When Exporting Tables with Large # of Records in Excel

    When users are exporting tables with large # of records in Excel, only the first 65,000 rows will show. One customer has suggested to add a Warning Message about it.

  9. Use a WYSIWYG Html editor in Html box, head and footer

    Use a wysiwyg editor for the html box, header and footer, notification email and also for changing the style sheet. These days most online website, app and email production sites have WYSIWYG editor capabilities, like in WIX or in the email marketing program constant contact. It would make it much faster to put together really great looking pages

  10. Sequence generator needed for key data items.

    Using Autonumber is not desirable to use as a key-field in a table as a related field to another.
    First, Caspio allows the user to re-number, although with warnings, it could still corrupt your database with orphan links left behind. Also you can only create a join with another like "autonumber" (can't use a number field).

    Suggest a fix for above, or create a new sequence generator similar to what Oracle has.

  12. Radar or Spider Charts

    I'd like to have a chart similar to Excel's Radar Chart so that people could look at and compare results for survey data, customer satisfaction... across a few subjects where the rating is the same. E.g., a Likert scale question on customer satisfaction for subjects such as value, cost, quality... they could then see the percent of respondents who said "satisfied" for 5 or 6 questions/subjects simultaneously.

    bring in a education book or a complete pdf document. Help is there but it is hard to find answers to exactly what you are looking for. The book will help us discover many other capabilities of the tool which goes beyond a non engineers prespective

  14. Can you create a video for deploying each of your ready made apps to websites like Weebly and Wix?

    As a non technical person, i have a hard time deploying some of your instant apps that have login redirection. It would be helpful if you had a video for each instant app that you have, it would make everyone's life easier.

  17. Cannot Save Chart as Image

    Have datapages deployed as Graphs. Users want to export, print or merely save these graphs as images so that they can be used in other applications (such as including a graph in a presentation). However, when right-click the graph and save as image, the image is NOT exported. In fact, in IE an error is thrown. Only in Chrome can I get the Graph to print. It seems strange that simple Windows standard functionality is not supported. This is a poor implementation of this functionality for Graph DataPages within Caspio. I have actually opened a Help Ticket for this, but…

  20. Stacked bar chart

    I have built a system for resource management as best as I can within the standard options in Caspio bridge. What I really want to see is the option to use a stacked bar chart to display allocations for any unit with a start date and an end date. That means tahat the headings should be dynamic, and display day, week or month based on user selection. If only days are available, I can live with that.
