    Yes, this would be a good option under "Custom" - for Numbers ie: Positive Number (set color to green), Negative (set color to red) or for any type where you want to color the whole column and/or row (because that is the column you want to bring to peoples attention). Would also want to be able to add "Bold" settings to the font. Maybe the background for that column is a different color also?
