Allow insert of email fields in notification emails for the "From" and "To" field
Allow us to insert email fields in the From and To section of acknowledgement and Notification emails.

I have form report that have 4 users to be selected in the signatures fields for review. Once the report is submitted, I would like to be able to send an email to all these people in the signature field. It would be possible to just insert parameters (appended with semicolon) into the "TO" field of the email tab.
