Documentation is key to good database design. There is no where in Caspio to document what I'm doing for future staff. Each Data Page should have a description field that is optionally displayed as a column in the Data Pages view, so that one can scan all data pages within a folder and read the purpose of each. Very good idea. I would like to add that each Relationship, Data Page,Table, View, Authentication object could have a long text field in order to 1) Describe the use & relationship to other objects 2) Document changes made by whom & when. This would assist with maintenance for more than one developer (and would assist on refreshing memory on why something was created or changed). For example, I'd like to describe how a Link Table is used.
