Dropdown menus for related fields in child tables
We do some data entry directly into tables. For child tables, I just discovered the checkmark to "Enforce Referential Integrity", in order to ensure that related data gets connected. But it still requires that you know, or look up, the exact spelling, etc. of the data you want to put in that field. If, when Referential Integrity is Enforced, the child table displayed a dropdown menu instead of a text box, data entry would be faster and less error prone.

In relationship dialog window, you can pick a field in the “Value for display in Related field” dropdown to enable the lookup dropdown in child tables.

Hi Carl, this feature is available when you define "Value for display in related field" in the partent-child relationship. This way, the related field in the child table will be a dropdown to pick the options from rather than a text field. Please contact Support https://support.caspio.com/ to further assist you with this.
